One should empower with water, reciting auspicious verses. What is auspicious? It is the splendor of the king who holds the vajra in his hand, the vajra of attachment is most excellent, exceedingly joyful, the great bliss of the Tathagata, the Immovable King. May the auspiciousness of that supreme empowerment occur today. Then, after empowering according to that sequence, wipe the water with a clean, soft cloth. Then, rub the hands on the ground. Then, on the forehead, throat, heart, eyes, nose, tongue, the edge of the boundary, and the navel of the statue, let the seed syllables Om, Ah, Hum, Hrih, Dza, Kham, Gam, Skam, Sam especially abide. Then, anoint with butter and honey placed in a silver vessel with a golden spoon. Just as the king of medicine with a spoon dispels the dimness of the world, so too, I shall dispel the dimness of what you do not know. Recite "Om Chakshu Chakshu Samanta Chakshu Vishodhana Svaha" and open the eyes of the statue with eye medicine. From the nature of the mirror image of books and painted cloths, on the right and left eyes, with the letters "ma" and "ta," look at the sun and moon from the essence, and recite "Om Dipye Chakshu She Hum." Again with a lamp, "Om Dipye Chakshu She Hum." This is the right eye. "Om Dharma Chakshu She Hum." This is the left eye. "Om Ah Jnana Vajra Jnana Chakshu Kuru." Again with a mirror, "Om Jnana Chakshu Kuru." Again with a mirror, "Om Jnana Chakshu She Hum," this is the right eye. "Om Buddha Chakshu She Hum," this is the left eye. "Om Prajna Chakshu She Hum," again with a vajra. "Om Prajna Chakshu She Hum," this is the left eye. "Om Vajra Chakshu She Hum," this is the right eye. "Om Ah Jnana Chakshu Kuru Kuru Hum Hum Hum," let the eye of wisdom especially abide. Then, the rays of light emanating from the eyes pervade all directions, and by definitely joining the eyes of the deities abiding in all realms of the world, generate faith and open the eyes. After that, in a conch shell vessel filled with rice and so forth, also with various precious substances, offer with the mantra "Om Ah Hrih Prabara Satkara Argham Pratitsa Svaha."

那，供养吧！以此“嗡 阿 嘎 班匝 根德 吽”之语，以樟脑、麝香和藏红花等妙香充分涂抹。以“嗡 阿 菩提 嘎 哲 匝 嘎 巴匝 巴 哲 斯瓦哈”之咒，观想穿上黄色衣服。以“嗡 阿 迪贝 巴萨 塞 吽 斯瓦哈”之咒，供养黄色法衣。以“嗡 阿 德拉嘎 布夏内 吽 斯瓦哈”之咒，做旃檀和藏红花等的额间点饰。以“嗡 阿 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 玛度 扎夏内 吽 吽 帕 斯瓦哈”之咒，为了如来身遍满之义，将置于金等器皿中，或者置于阿奢陀树叶器皿中的酥油、蜂蜜和砂糖等供养。以“嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 赞哲 哲达 达热 斯瓦哈”之咒，供养土牛奶。因为无毒，所以供养五种药物。以五种妙欲供养后，结降伏金刚的誓言手印，然后以百字明咒使其稳固，这是生起次第的事业。之后，上师以“嗡 班匝萨埵 阿”以此展示镜子，然后以前面所说的咒语供养牛黄等的香点。于自己的心间月亮之上安立种子字，观想诸佛的字皆猛烈燃烧，其光芒充满所有佛土。再次迎请，融入其中，从自己的心间的名字的字中生出，融入身像和诸佛的心间，如是，以令其欢喜等方式，以轮王之咒赞颂的宝瓶之水，连同吉祥的偈颂一起灌顶。何者乃勇士珍宝法之最，一切金刚持。何者乃手印之众并具之胜观。遍照尊何者息灭有之痛苦。彼之吉祥愿今日息灭汝。以“嗡 且给摩 巴匝 巴嘎瓦纳 斯瓦哈”之咒，专注其心间的金刚，念诵一百零八遍。之后供养供水等。

Then, offer! With this "Om Ah Ga Vajra Gandhe Hum," thoroughly smear with fine fragrances such as camphor, musk, and saffron. With the mantra "Om Ah Bodhyam Ga Dhri Dhah Ka Ba Tsa Ba Stre Svaha," visualize wearing yellow clothes. With the mantra "Om Ah Dipye Vasa Se Hum Svaha," offer yellow robes. With the mantra "Om Ah Tilaka Bhushane Hum Svaha," make forehead decorations of sandalwood and saffron, etc. With the mantra "Om Ah Sarva Tathagata Madhu Prashane Hum Hum Phat Svaha," for the purpose of the Tathagata's body pervading, offer ghee, honey, and sugar, etc., placed in vessels of gold, etc., or in vessels of Ashvattha leaves. With the mantra "Om Sarva Tathagata Chintyo Mrta Dhari Svaha," offer earth milk. Because it is non-toxic, offer the five medicines. After offering with the five desirable objects, seal the samaya mudra of subduing the vajra, and then stabilize it with the hundred-syllable mantra. This is the activity of the generation stage. After that, the teacher shows the mirror with "Om Vajrasattva Ah," and then offers fragrant dots of gorochana, etc., with the previously spoken mantra. Establish the seed syllable on the moon above one's own heart, and visualize that the letters of all the deities are blazing fiercely, and that their rays completely fill all Buddha-fields. Invite them again, and merge into it, arising from the letters of one's own name in the heart, and dwelling in the hearts of the body image and all the deities. In this way, with aspects such as delighting them, empower with the water of the vase praised by the mantra of the Lord of the Wheel, together with auspicious verses. Whoever is the best of the heroes, the precious Dharma, all Vajradharas. Whoever is the superior insight that possesses the assembly of mudras. Vairochana, who destroys the suffering of existence. May his auspiciousness pacify you today. With the mantra "Om Che Ge Mo Vajra Bhagavan Svaha," focus on the vajra in his heart and recite it one hundred and eight times. Then offer water for offering, etc.
