This mandala, which is contemplated as being extremely similar to the form body of the departed ones, is called the illusory mandala. It is because of the faith in the similarity of forms, and because of how the cause is combined with its result. Wherever the illusory mandala is, whether it serves as a support for recollection and is similar in form, or is made of colored powders and paintings, it is also called the illusory mandala. Similarly, for yogis, the wisdom and samadhi that correspond to the impure realm of phenomena in the ordinary state and the two aspects of selflessness are also called mandalas. This is because there is no harm from the close examination of the result. Thus, these are mandalas because they are the means to obtain the non-conceptual fruit mandala. As it is said, "Mandala is the essence, and wheel is the taking." As stated in the Tantra of Manifest Enlightenment of the All-Illuminating Lord. Thus, these are said to be the mandalas that summarize the tantras. Thus, the name mandala refers only to the ground of Buddhahood, its cause, lineage, and the nature of the path. Its divisions are sevenfold according to the direction shown, but if divided extensively, it is immeasurable. The meaning of its name is also made without distinction as holding the essence. Moreover, in particular, the result is holding its own nature, so it is called holding the essence, or the essence is also holding, so it is collectively called holding the essence. The cause is holding for the sake of the essence, or it is collectively called taking into the essence. Thus, here the mandala of the result arises from the means, and the mandala of the nature of the cause is the excellent means of obtaining it, so these have a special relationship between the means and arising from the means. The result also benefits and brings happiness to all beings as long as space exists, so this is the fruit of the fruit. The verse says: After the cause is the nature of the lord's realm, by the power of the result, one completely triumphs over enemies. And: The perfect fruit of the Buddha for the sake of others, is desired as the lord of the fruit, such as the Buddhas themselves.

Furthermore, it is considered the result of that meaning. Thus it is said. Therefore, what this treatise expresses is the mandala. The mandala, also because of its cause and effect, becomes the meaning of including all sentient beings' realms without exception, therefore, in order to make it close to great meaning, it should be diligently explained, which is called the order of the path and the fruit. In order to understand it, the treatise of order is called ritual here, because it leads to approach, it is a means, and this means also exists in it, so it is a means-holder, meaning to understand all the meanings of the mandala with the profound means of guiding the mind. However, since not all mandalas are shown here, the ritual of the colored powder mandala should be mainly grasped, and the rituals of other mandalas should also be understood from this. Now, in order to show who is suitable to receive the mandala ritual from the master, therefore, for those yogis who have obtained vows and so on, the rituals of all mandalas should be selected from the ritual of the Great Tantra of the Condensed Reality of the Blessed One. Thus it is said, meaning that otherwise the ritual will not be accomplished, and it is also considered meaningless that I am merely selecting from all the rituals. Here, the word "vows and so on" includes empowerment. Here, those who have obtained vows and so on, it is also possible to practice for the sake of accomplishment, and it is also possible to practice for the sake of manifestly empowering disciples, if one thinks about what the ritual of practicing the mandala is like, and what the ritual of empowering disciples is like. First, since the ritual of practice is explained, its order is explained, here, in order to eliminate the obscurations that hinder the practice of mudras, mantras, and samadhi, which are caused by the actions of body, speech, and mind from beginningless time, first temporarily and especially believing in selflessness, by doing the inner self-nature bath and so on, the three, body, speech, and mind, should be completely purified. "This world is guided by the mind," and so on, since the mind becomes the main thing in this Mahayana, therefore, the taming of the mind has been shown earlier, since the faults of speech are easy to correct, therefore for sentient beings
