At the fire altar, summon, absorb, bind, and control oneself, and have Vajrapani Yaksha dispel obstacles and provide protection. Then, tightly clench both hands into vajra fists, forming the vajra fist mudra, and recite the mantra "Om Vajra Sandhi Vam (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སནྡྷི་བཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sandhi vaṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Union, Vam)." Perform the binding of the four directions and the mandala, etc. Then, open the vajra palms and spread the seat with the self-arising mantra of fire. Bend all the fingers of the right fist, touch the tips of the thumb and index finger, take a flower, offer foot-washing water, and extend all the fingers, which is the foot-washing mudra. The mantra is "Om Pravara Satkara Pratichchha Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲ་བ་ར་སཏྐཱ་ར་པྲ་ཏཱི་ཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pravara satkāra pratīccha svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Excellent, Offering, Accept, Svaha)." Then, externally, bind the two vajra fists of the vajra family, and show the right hand as if it were blazing, which is binding the samaya mudra, and recite "Om Vajra Anala Mahabhuta Jvalaya Sarva Bhasmi Kuru Sarva Dushtam Hum Phat Drishya Jah Hum Vam Hoh Samaya Tvam Aham (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་ན་ལ་མཧཱ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཡ་སརྦ་བྷ་སྨི་ཀུ་རུ་སརྦ་དུཥྜཱཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་དྲྀ་ཤྱ་ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ཨ་ཧཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra anala mahābhūta jvalaya sarva bhasmi kuru sarva duṣṭāṃ hūṃ phaṭ dṛśya jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ samaya stvaṃ ahaṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Fire, Great, Being, Blaze, All, Ashes, Make, All, Evil, Hum, Phat, See, Born, Hum, Vam, Hoh, Samaya, You, I)," and finally recite this mantra three times in front of the fire. Again, visualize a white vajra on the tongue, and form the fire dharma mudra of "Om Jvala Jvala Hum Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ jvala jvala hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, Blaze, Blaze, Hum, Phat)." Then, visualize various vajras arising from the letter "A" in the heart, and the mudra arising from the letter "Ga" itself is the fire karma mudra. The great mudra, from the letter "Hum," visualize a vajra on the moon in the heart, which is the great mudra of the nature of vajra, etc., as previously described. Consecrate with the mantra "Om Vajra Ratna Abhishincha (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra ratna abhiṣiñca，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Jewel, Consecrate)." This mudra is the vajra praise, with the thumbs together and upright, and the tips of the index fingers touching, making it like a vajra jewel. This vajra is a great vajra, blessed by all the Buddhas, and if the samaya is transgressed, quickly, the lineage will also turn to ashes. Recite "Om Hana Samaya Hum Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧ་ན་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hana samaya hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, Destroy, Samaya, Hum, Phat)," and abide in the samaya. This mudra is not showing Vajrasattva, bending the two index fingers and joining them with the middle fingers, joining the two thumbs and two little fingers, making it like the sharp point of a vajra, which is the mudra of holding the samaya. Then, show the vajra protection, and also the vajra binding.
