Tathagata, the unsurpassed, cutter of all afflictions, all dharmas, all-knowing, great wisdom, perfection, offering, cloud, ocean, expanding, samaya, hum. In order to pay homage with the body, I especially aspire to go to the feet of all the Tathagatas in all the realms of the ten directions. Om Sarva Tathagata Kaya Nivaryatana Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Binding the vajra palms in the manner of speaking circumambulation, with hundreds of thousands of tongues, especially delighting in the offering of praise such as "equality, immovability," one should say this: Om Sarva Tathagata Vaka Nivarya Tana Puja Migha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. With the union of one mind with all Bodhisattvas, especially delighting in the equality of all dharmas: Om Sarva Tathagata Citta Nivarya Tana Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Especially delighting in the nature of all dharmas being without substance, emptiness, without characteristics, and without aspirations, one should say this: Om Sarva Tathagata Guhya Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Thus, having perfectly offered to all the Tathagatas, one should offer oneself. I offer myself to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Please accept me at all times and in all ways. Lords, possessors of great compassion, please grant me the great samaya siddhi. Having said this, one should share that root of virtue with all sentient beings: May this root of virtue cause me and all sentient beings to be separated from all the decline of samsara and nirvana, and may we be perfectly endowed with all the perfections of samsara and nirvana. May I become the supreme being, the Buddha, in this very life, with bliss and mental bliss. By these virtuous deeds of mine, may I quickly attain Buddhahood in this world. May I teach the Dharma for the benefit of beings, and liberate sentient beings from the suffering that torments them. Thus, I dedicate this to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment.

哦！我将受持律仪。如同三世怙主们，于菩提中决定，以无上菩提心，我将发起。于佛陀瑜伽律仪中，别解脱之学处，与集聚善法，利益有情之三种律仪，我将稳固受持。佛法僧，乃无上之三宝，从今受持，何时亦不舍弃。于金刚殊胜大族中，金刚铃杵手印亦，如实受持，阿阇梨等亦受持。于珍宝殊胜大族之，悦意誓言，每日六时中，恒常布施四种布施。从大菩提中生起之，莲花殊胜圣族中，外内密之三乘，受持圣法。于事业殊胜大族中，具足一切律仪者，如实受持，亦尽力作供养事业。以无上菩提心，我将发起，为一切有情之利益，我之律仪无余受持。未解脱者令解脱，未度越者令度越，未出息者令出息，安置有情于涅槃。如是说。此后，以如来及天女等之身，于自身显现为影像，如国王之命令般难以逾越且不可摧毁，故结手印及念诵一切咒语，诸佛亦不作如金刚般之逾越，生起天之慢心，并结手印。其中，结手印者，即是合掌，此时应如是说：阿ཉོ་ཉ་ཨ་ནུ་ག་ཏ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：अणोन्योनुगतसर्वधर्माः，梵文罗马拟音：aṇonyonugatasarvadharmāḥ，汉语字面意思：微细相互随行一切法）。手指相互交叉时：སྥར་སྥར་ཨ་ནུ་པྲ་བིཥྚི་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿ་བཛྲ་ཨཉྫ་ལི། རབ་ཏུ་བསྡམས་ཕྱིར་རྡོ་རྗེ་བསྡམས། （藏文，梵文天城体：स्फार स्फार अनुप्रविष्ट सर्वधर्माः वज्र अञ्जलि，梵文罗马拟音：sphāra sphāra anupraviṣṭa sarvadharmāḥ vajra añjali，汉语字面意思：舒展舒展进入一切法金刚合掌）。ཨ་ཏྱན་ཏ་ཨ་ནུ་པྲ་བིཥྚི་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་བཛྲ་བནྡྷ། （藏文，梵文天城体：अत्यन्त अनुप्रविष्ट सर्वधर्म वज्र बन्ध，梵文罗马拟音：atyanta anupraviṣṭa sarvadharma vajra bandha，汉语字面意思：极度进入一切法金刚束缚）。以此，应特别信解诸天之触及，相互随入，及信解成为一体，以行之决定，于地界之自性中，更加信解。

Oh! I will take the vows. Just as the protectors of the three times, are determined in Bodhi, with the unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I will generate. In the Buddha Yoga vows, the discipline of the Pratimoksha, and the gathering of virtuous Dharmas, the three vows of benefiting sentient beings, I will firmly uphold. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, are the unsurpassed Three Jewels, from now on I will uphold them, and never abandon them. In the great and supreme Vajra family, the Vajra bell and hand mudra also, I will truly uphold, and the Acharyas also I will uphold. In the pleasing vows of the great and supreme Ratna family, in the six times of each day, I will constantly give the four kinds of giving. In the supreme and holy Lotus family, which arises from the great Bodhi, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, I will uphold the holy Dharma. In the great and supreme Karma family, those who possess all the vows, I will truly uphold, and also do as much as possible the work of offerings. With the unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I will generate, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold all my vows without exception. I will liberate those who are not liberated, I will ferry across those who are not ferried across, I will give breath to those who have not breathed, and place sentient beings in Nirvana. Thus it is said. Thereafter, with the body of the Tathagata and the goddesses, appearing as an image in oneself, like the command of a king, it is difficult to transgress and cannot be destroyed, therefore, sealing the hand mudra and reciting all the mantras, even all the Buddhas do not make transgressions like a Vajra, generating the pride of the deity, and sealing the hand mudra.
