Or this realm, or in all the realms of the ten directions, the precious mountains of gods and humans, or all the gatherings of great oceans, are called such and so on. (Mantra) Om Sarva Tathagata Bodhyamga Ratna Alamkara Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Then, bind the laughing mudra and say this: Or the realm of this world, or in all the realms of the ten directions, the laughter, coquetry, joy, and playful bliss of gods and humans, all these are called thus and so on. (Mantra) Om Sarva Tathagata Hasya Lasya Rati Krida Saukhya Anuttara Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Place that same laughing mudra, rotated in vajra palms, on the crown of the head, and again spread the palms hollow, and after binding the tip, say this: Or this realm of the world, or in all the realms of the ten directions, whatever wish-fulfilling trees or cloth trees there are, all these are called thus and so on. (Mantra) Om Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Bodhi Alamkara Vastra Puja Megha Samudra Sparana Samaye Hum. Then, bind the action mudra of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, and after remembering the suffering of all sentient beings in samsara, with compassion, generate the mind of enlightenment for the sake of liberating all sentient beings. For the sake of liberating those who have not been liberated, for the sake of freeing those who have not been freed, for the sake of relieving those who have not been relieved, and for the sake of leading those who have not passed into nirvana into nirvana, and for the sake of completely liberating the entire realm of sentient beings from the ocean of samsara, I generate the mind of enlightenment. (Mantra) Om Sarva Tathagata Vajra Bodhi Citta Puja Megha Samudra Spha Samaye Hum. Bind the coquettish mudra and say this: May all sentient beings be completely enriched with all resources, and may all perfections be dependent only on desire. 萨玛耶 吽！结金刚鬘母手印，应如是说：愿一切有情完全脱离不善的身、语、意的一切业，愿与善良的身、语、意的一切业完全相应。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿努塔拉 玛哈 菩提 诃拉 希拉 巴拉米达 布扎 麦嘎 萨姆札 斯帕拉纳 萨玛耶 吽！结金刚歌女手印，应如是说：愿一切有情以一切相好圆满庄严，恒时互无怖畏，无有嗔恨而入，眼与意现前欢喜，具足于甚深法得忍。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿努塔拉 玛哈 达玛 阿瓦 菩提 卡香提 巴拉米达 布扎 米嘎 萨姆札 斯帕拉纳 萨玛耶 吽！结舞女手印，应如是说：愿一切有情具足于菩萨行精进，完全倾注于佛陀之轭，具足完全舍弃轮回之精进。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 桑萨拉 阿帕日强嘎 阿努塔拉 玛哈 维雅 巴拉米达 布扎 麦嘎 萨姆札 斯帕拉纳 萨玛耶 吽！然后结花朵手印，应如是说：愿一切有情脱离烦恼和近烦恼，禅定、解脱、三摩地、等至、神通，以及一切明智皆得自在，圆满具足。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿努塔拉 玛哈 索卡亚瓦 诃拉 达亚那 巴拉米达 布扎 麦嘎 萨姆札 斯帕拉纳 萨玛耶 吽！结焚香手印，应如是说：愿一切有情与世间和超世间的智慧和一切智慧完全相应，获得四种各别正知，通晓一切工巧和论典，具足技艺且知晓秘密仪轨，见彼真实性，获得完全断除烦恼和所知二障的一切智慧。嗡 萨瓦

Samaya Hum! Binding the Vajra Garland Mother's mudra, one should say this: May all sentient beings be completely separated from all the ends of non-virtuous body, speech, and mind actions, and may they be fully endowed with all the ends of virtuous body, speech, and mind actions. Om Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Maha Bodhi Hara Shila Paramita Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Binding the Vajra Singer Mother's mudra, one should say this: May all sentient beings be perfectly adorned with all marks and examples, always enter without fear of each other, without hatred, with eyes and minds manifestly delighted, and be endowed with obtaining forbearance in the profound Dharma. Om Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Maha Dharma Ava Bodhi Kshanti Paramita Puja Miga Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Binding the Dancer Mother's mudra, one should say this: May all sentient beings be endowed with manifest diligence in the conduct of Bodhisattvas, completely devoted to the yoke of the Buddhas, and be endowed with the diligence of completely abandoning samsara. Om Sarva Tathagata Samsara Aparityamka Anuttara Maha Virya Paramita Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Then, binding the flower mudra, one should say this: May all sentient beings be separated from afflictions and near afflictions, and may they be perfectly endowed with meditation, liberation, samadhi, equipoise, supernormal knowledges, and all wisdoms, having become masters. Om Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Maha Saukhyava Hara Dhyana Paramita Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Binding the incense mudra, one should say this: May all sentient beings be fully endowed with the wisdom and all the knowledge of the world and beyond the world, obtain the four individual perfect knowledges, know all crafts and treatises, be skilled in arts and know secret rituals, see that very reality, and obtain the wisdom that completely cuts off all afflictions and cognitive obscurations.
