tā pu jo pa stha nā ya ātma naṃ ni ryā ta yā mi sarva ta thā ga ta vajra satva a dhi tiṣṭha sva maṃ. Then, abiding in that way, place the vajra palms together at the heart. With this, prostrate with the forehead. om sarva tathāgata pūja abhiṣeka ātmānāṃ niryātayāmi sarva tathāgata vajraratna abhiṣiñca mām. Then, abiding in that way, place the vajra palms on the crown of the head, and with this, prostrate with the mouth. om sarva tathāgata pūja pravartanāya ātmānāṃ niryātayāmi sarva tathāgata vajradharma pravardaya mām. Then, abiding in that way, lower the vajra palms from the crown of the head, place them at the heart, and with the crown of the head touching the ground to the north, prostrate with this. om sarva tathāgata pūja karmaṇe ātmānāṃ niryātayāmi sarva tathāgata vajrakarma kuru mām. Having formed the mudra of prostration, I confess all sins. I beseech the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as all those residing in the families of the Tathagatas, Vajras, Jewels, Lotuses, and Actions, as well as all the deities of the heart essence, mudras, secret mantras, and knowledge mantras, to heed me. I, who am called by this name, confess individually all sins with unsurpassed mind before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as all those residing in the families of the Tathagatas, Vajras, Jewels, Lotuses, and Actions, as well as all the deities of the heart essence, mudras, secret mantras, and knowledge mantras. I extensively rejoice in all the merits of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past, future, and present in the ten directions, as well as the solitary realizers, the noble hearers who have gone forth rightly, those who have entered rightly, and all sentient beings. I urge all the Buddhas, the Bhagavad Ones, in the ten directions who do not turn the wheel of Dharma, to turn the wheel of Dharma. This, or whatever is in all the realms of the ten directions, the distinctions of flowers of gods and humans, born from the mind, or born from water, or born from land, all those, like this, for the sake of performing the act of offering to all the Tathagatas without exception, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with the five families, and all those who abide, and the essence, and the mudra, and the secret mantra, and all the deities of the vidya mantra, I offer. Oṃ sarva tathāgata puṣpe pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ.
