Having made an image of an obstacle from a fallen object, generate a sword from the letter Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kham, literal Chinese meaning: space), and from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ram, literal Chinese meaning: fire) generate fire within. From Sam (Tibetan: ཀྵཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: षं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sam, literal Chinese meaning: arrow) generate a rope and a hook. Hold these with the left hand, and with the right hand, draw the sword and rope, and place them inside the image of the obstacle. Stand with the left leg extended, and press down on the crown of the head with the left foot. Recite "Namaḥ samanta vajrāṇāṃ caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa sphoṭaya hūṃ ṭa ga haṃ maṃ," and either cut the image with the sword, or smear the image with poison, poison juice, salt, and so on, and burn it with fire. By burning it with fire, that itself will be pacified, without any doubt. Even if it is Brahma or Indra, they will quickly yield to its mantra. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Vairochana. This action should also be performed by a yogi of the noble Achala, having first performed the approach practice of reciting this secret mantra a hundred thousand times, and then beginning the action after that. Alternatively, with this "Om Ah Hum," visualize the noble Manjushri Yamantaka, with a black body, four faces, four arms, and six legs, the two right hands holding a sword and a battle-axe, the two left hands holding a rope and a wooden stake, and the assembly of wrathful deities filling the expanse of the sky in the southern direction. Bind the short spear mudra, and with the thought of averting clouds and so on, combine it with wrath and majesty. The vajra is bound internally, and the two middle fingers are joined together, which is the short spear mudra. Even so, if the obstacles are not pacified, write the secret mantra with blood and charcoal from a charnel ground, poison and poison juice, and the juice of datura leaves, inside two unused clay bowls. Recite one hundred and eight times over mustard oil, place it inside the bowls with the mouths together, and visualize obstacles caused by humans and so on. Perform a hundred or seven burnt offerings. Then, those will become frightened, or die, or be seized by non-humans. Alternatively, with the application of Vajra Hum, recite the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) a hundred thousand times. Recite one hundred and eight times over a four-finger-length phurba made from human bone, and likewise, hook with a vajra hook and so on.

and then fix and bind, and nail with the image of a peg. Then, the method of pacifying the heat of fire will be explained: Above the fire, from the letter vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: वं) arises a mandala of water. Above that, in the center of the lotus, on the wheel situated upon it, from the letter vaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: वं) itself arises the Bhagavan Vairochana, white as a conch and jasmine, residing above. Visualize that just as four great rivers flow from four great oceans like Lake Anavatapta, a continuous stream of rain pours down, filling the ten directions. The Vajra-eyed one and the Vajra blazing like fire should also protect the purity with the Mount Meru of the khamphor and the peg. The eyes of Vajra Yaksha and Vajra Bhairava should bind the sky of those, and the Vajra binding should undo the Vajra. Alternatively, the obstacles should be averted by the actual fire offering. Then, the pegs located in the center of the mandala are extracted with four Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: हुं) syllables. Inserting the vajra held in one's hand, fill the holes of the pegs with the five colors mentioned below, making them level, and then insert the fragrant white thread of the line. After the line is well nailed in this way, from the syllable hī (Tibetan, Devanagari: ही, Romanized Sanskrit: hī, Literal Chinese meaning: ही) generate the sun and moon in the right and left eyes, look all around with the flames of wrath, and open the doors. Then, consecrate the paint, reciting: Oṃ Vajra Citra Samaye Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ वज्र चित्र समये हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra citra samaye huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Image, Vow, Hum). By reciting this mantra seven times with the mudra, all the paints will become like vajra, as said by the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara. The mudra is as follows: From the two vajra mudras, the tips of the fingers are joined together, and then all the paints are summoned with a burning gaze. The syllable hī (Tibetan, Devanagari: ही, Romanized Sanskrit: hī, Literal Chinese meaning: ही) and the mudra of the Vajra Sun vow should be fully extended. The burning gaze is as follows: Extremely blazing, moving the eyes, the eyelashes fluttering, it is said to be a radiant gaze, which summons all beings. Dīpti Dṛṣṭi Aṃkuśa Jaḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: दीप्ति दृष्टि अंकुश जः, Romanized Sanskrit: dīpti dṛṣṭi aṃkuśa jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Radiance, Gaze, Hook, Born) this should also be placed in the eyes. Reciting Oṃ Vajra Citra Samaya Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ वज्र चित्र समय हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra citra samaya huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Image, Vow, Hum), starting from the powerful direction with the left vajra fist, rotate from the right to pour out the paint.
