Ya, with this "Sarva Avarana Ni Buddha Satye Na Samaya Hum," with the mudra, eliminate diseases such as epidemics of oneself or others. The mudra for that is: Vajra palms tightly joined, both middle fingers bent, both thumbs completely joined, pressing down is to seize sins. Om Kaksha Paya Vajra Svaha. First, enter into samadhi with the samadhi of the union, the supreme king of the mandala, and the supreme king of activities, as it is said, therefore these three samadhis must be practiced. 以彼之见缚持，观想自身为金刚自性者，以及自性清净者，并以无我之平等性观想一切勇识及自身。复诵忿怒语或金刚语，或以意念诵四吽字，以法无我之平等性而作智慧之灌顶。当尽所有显现之行相，皆应观想为属于忿怒尊之轮。尤应信解一切诸佛之面门，皆发出四吽之音声。于摄略观想之时，亦应如是善以意念结合，融入自身。观想自身安住于一切如来之聚集中央，或观想为唯一之金刚吽。或于前方观想安住于一切如来之聚集处之薄伽梵金刚吽。以此行相，能成办诸佛语之利益一切有情，以一切成就之仪轨，若修持大手印，则于此生即可获得解脱。若于任何时候，手印之加持力减弱，或欲舍弃自身，则应以百字明咒使其坚固。若因修持而疲倦，则应以百零八名赞颂，并作八供及四礼拜。如是尽其未生厌倦之前，皆应修持。若生厌倦，则应以百零八名赞颂及一切供养，并作四礼拜后，以具手印之“嗡 班杂 萨埵 吽 杂 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུཾ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，吽，扎)”之咒语，供养大神。此即是：秘密铁钩作束缚，末端一同作伸展，若置于亡者头顶，则生命亦可复得。金刚束缚置于内，二指作钩即秘密铁钩。然后，以具手印之“嗡 班杂 穆 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，穆)”之咒语，将具眷属之大神从足下放出。此即是：金刚忿怒指端好，相合束缚而安立，彼等金刚作转变，从下亦能作放出。以“班哲 乌提 扎 (藏文：བཛྲོ་ཏྟིཥྛ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：vajrottiṣṭha，汉语字面意思：金刚起)”亦应重新灌顶。嗡 赞卓 达热 萨玛

Bound by that view, contemplate oneself as the Vajra-nature, and as the naturally pure, and contemplate all heroes and oneself with the equality of selflessness. Repeat the wrathful words or the Vajra words, or mentally recite the four Hūṃ syllables, and empower with wisdom through the equality of Dharma-selflessness. As long as the appearances are distinct, all that belongs to the wheel of wrathful deities should be contemplated. It is especially important to believe that the sound of the four Hūṃ syllables comes from the mouths of all the deities. When gathering the contemplation, similarly, by skillfully combining with the mind, insert it into one's own body, and contemplate oneself residing in the center of the assembly of all Tathāgatas, or contemplate as the sole Vajra-Hūṃ-maker. Or in front, contemplate the Bhagavan Vajra-Hūṃ-maker residing in the assembly of all Tathāgatas. By this practice, the benefit of all beings of the Buddha's word, by the rituals of all attainments, if the great mudrā is contemplated, liberation will be explained in this very life. If at any time the blessing of the mudrā becomes loose, or if one wishes to abandon oneself, then at that time, stabilize it with the hundred-syllable mantra. If one becomes tired from contemplation, praise with the hundred and eight names, and perform the eight offerings and four prostrations. Thus, contemplate until one does not become weary. If one becomes weary, then after praising with the hundred and eight names and all the offerings, and performing the four prostrations, nourish the great deity with the mudrā-endowed "Oṃ Vajrasattva Hūṃ Jaḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུཾ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ jaḥ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, Vajrasattva, Hūṃ, Jaḥ)". This is it: The secret iron hook is bound, the ends are stretched out together, if placed on the head of the dead, then life can be regained. The Vajra binding is placed inside, the two fingers made into hooks are the secret iron hook.
