I offer to all the distinguished deities! Om Sarva Tathagato Hasya Lasya Rati Krida Saukhya Anuttara Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Place the laughing mudra, which is the Vajra Anjali rotating, on the crown of the head. Then, join the palms with hollows, bind the mudra, and say this: Whether in this world, or in all the worlds of the ten directions, all the wish-fulfilling trees or cloth trees, in order to perform the act of offering to all the Tathagatas, without remainder and without omission, I offer to the Buddhas of the ten directions, and to all the Bodhisattvas of the five families, and to all the distinguished deities of mudras, mantras, and vidyas! Om Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Bodhi Alamkara Vastrapuja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Bind the action mudra of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, and remembering the suffering of samsara of all sentient beings, with compassion, in order to liberate all sentient beings, generate the mind of Bodhi! Om Sarva Tathagata Vajra Bodhicitta Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Thus recite. Bind the coquettish woman mudra, may all sentient beings be completely rich with all necessities, and may all perfections be obtained merely by desire! Bind the Vajra Mala Mother mudra, may all sentient beings be completely separated from all the limits of non-virtuous actions of body, speech, and mind, and may they be completely endowed with all the limits of virtuous actions of body, speech, and mind!
