By circumambulating clockwise in all directions, all mandalas will be manifested. While keeping this in front of you and looking at it, reciting the Vajra Wheel mantra one hundred and eight times will allow you to enter all mandalas. Then, visualizing the mandala as if it were directly in front of you, make offerings properly with flowers and so on. From all directions, offer the fifth mandala, and pay homage with this (mantra): Om Sarva Tathagata Kaya Vak Citta Pranamen Vajra Banad Nam Karomi (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་པྲ་ཎ་མེན་བཛྲ་བནད་ནཱཾ་ཀ་རོ་མི་，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत काय वाक चित्त प्रणमेन् वज्र बनद्नां करोमि，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata kāya vāk citta praṇamen vajra banad nāṃ karomi，汉语字面意思：Om, all Tathagatas, body, speech, and mind, I prostrate, Vajra, binding, I do.). Then, perform four prostrations. Then, starting from the south, remaining as before, bring the vajra mudra to the heart and touch the ground with the forehead, paying homage with this (mantra): Om Sarva Tathagata Puja Abhishekaya Atmanam Niryataya Mi Sarva Tathagata Vajraratna Abhishnci Mam (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཡ་ཨཱཏྨ་ནཱཾ་ནི་ཪྻཱ་ཏ་ཡཱ་མི་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་བཛྲ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷིཥྙྩི་མཱཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata pūja abhiṣekaya ātmanāṃ niryātayāmi sarva tathāgata vajraratna abhiṣñci māṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, all Tathagatas, offering, empowerment, self, I dedicate, I, all Tathagatas, Vajraratna, empower me.). Before all the deities of the Secret Mantra, I confess all sins individually. I rejoice greatly in all the merit of all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Solitary Realizers, noble Hearers who have attained the right path and those who have entered the right path, and all sentient beings who abide in the ten directions, past, future, and present. I urge all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, in the ten directions who do not turn the Wheel of Dharma, to turn the Wheel of Dharma. I beseech all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, in the ten directions who wish to widely enter Nirvana, not to enter Nirvana. Then, bind the flower mudra and say these words: Whatever flower distinctions of gods and humans exist in this world or in all the worlds of the ten directions, whether mind-born, water-born, or land-born, like this, for the sake of performing the act of offering to all the Tathagatas without exception, I offer to all the Buddhas of the ten directions and the Bodhisattvas together with the five families, and all the distinctions of the deities of hand seals, mantras, and vidyas.
