Relatives and so on, inner family, army and retinue together, with flowers, scents and anointments as offerings, having drunk and well-nourished these, may my actions have results. Then, having made near contact, the ritual of the peaceful fire offering by glorious Vajrasattva. Offer one hundred and eight fire offerings. With the essence of glorious Vairochana and so on, offer seven each of the fire oblations. Then, also, having prostrated to all the Tathagatas, I, named so-and-so, a Vajra Acharya, a great ascetic, for the benefit of all sentient beings, will introduce the disciples. Bhagavan, entering into this great mandala, one should not examine whether they are vessels or not. Why is that? Some sentient beings have also committed great sins, but if they enter and see this great mandala of the Vajradhatu, they will be separated from all the lower realms. Bhagavan, there are also sentient beings who do not like wealth, food, drink, and all desirable qualities, and vows, and who are unable to do as previously said, but they should also act and enter here as they wish, and those who enter, thinking, will perfect everything. Bhagavan, some sentient beings who delight in dance, song, laughter, play, and the consumption of food, because they have not understood the nature of the Dharma of the great vehicle of the manifest realization of all the Tathagatas, enter into the vidya mantras and mandalas of other gods. The mandala of all the Tathagatas, where all wishes are perfectly fulfilled, where unsurpassed joy, delight, and satisfaction arise, there are also those who, frightened and terrified by the words of instruction, do not enter, and they look to enter the path of the mandala of the lower realms, and those who abide also accomplish all the excellence of joy and delight, and having experienced happiness and mental happiness, in order to avert from the path of looking to enter all the lineages of the lower realms, it is permissible to enter this great mandala of the Vajradhatu. Bhagavan, sentient beings possessing Dharma, the discipline of all the Tathagatas.
