Then draw a line to the east of the outer mandala. Staying in the direction of the wind, facing south, draw the line to the west. Sit right there and draw the line to the north. Again, staying in the direction of the fire, draw the line to the south. Also draw the line of the outer edge. Again, staying in the fire corner, draw the line between the fire corner and the wind corner, and again, staying in the true detachment corner, draw the line between the true detachment corner and the powerful corner, and the teacher and the excellent Dharma friends of the practice should go in a clockwise direction. Among them, for the time being, the mantra of the thread is: Om Vajra Samaya Sutram Matikrama Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་སཱུ་ཏྲཾ་མཱ་ཏི་ཀྲ་མ་ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:ॐ वज्र समय सूत्रं मातिक्रम हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra samaya sūtraṃ mātikrama hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,誓言,线,不超越,吽), and "Dza Dza Dza" three times, should be guided by the excellent Dharma friends of the practice. Among them, the door is one-eighth. The door ring is half the size of the door. Everything on the outer edge and everything inside is half of the door. The ground of the five colors should be half the size of the outer edge. The horse path should be three times the door. The inner mandala is half of the outer mandala, a quadrangle, four doors, completely surrounded by the outer edge. Draw lines with eight pillars. Use a sengdeng peg, the bottom like a single-pointed vajra, the top is a peg with the shape of a five-pointed vajra. Recite the mantra of the vajra peg, strike with a vajra hammer, and insert it as before. Then, with the tied thread, starting from the direction of power, insert the inner mandala and the outer vajra garland in a clockwise order. Twice the size of the mandala, the surrounding six cubits is a small size, and others should be appropriate. Now, let us speak of the characteristics of the line as stated in the scriptures: Taken from Sarpa, with size, beautiful line, with what the wise can, draw the line of the mandala. Make it square, with four doors, decorated with four horse paths, with four lines, decorated with silk and flower garlands. In all the directions of the corners, inside the door ring, decorated with vajra jewels, draw the line outside the mandala. Entering the inside of the ladder, like a wheel, it is the line of the vajra.

The ground should be circled all around, adorned with eight pillars. Contemplate equality in all directions, and the wise should draw the lines. In the east, west, north, and south, draw four lines to make eight circles. Also draw the circumferences of the inner and outer circles, the net and half-net, the whisk, the moon, and the sun. At all the corners of the mandala, hang various banners with bells that are moved by the wind. At the lintels of the doors, adorn them with vajra jewels resting on crescent moons. If you wish to avert obstacles, recite the Phurba mantra a hundred thousand times, and firmly plant the Phurba in the center of the mandala, reciting it one hundred and eight times. Plant all obstacles with Phurbas of similar shape. Then, having tied it to the center of the mandala as described, draw a circle of light that is round in the direction of circumambulation from the east, and outside of that, a large circumference. Draw a round line in the same way, and in that circle of light, make images of obstacles from soil from an anthill, etc. The image of Indra is located in the east, and from the letter ཨི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: इ, Romanized Sanskrit: i, Literal meaning: I) arises the yellow Indra. The images of fire and so on are also the same: from རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ) arises the red fire god. From ཨོཾ་ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं हं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ haṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ Haṃ) arises the black Yama. From ཀཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: कं, Romanized Sanskrit: kaṃ, Literal meaning: Kaṃ) arises the black Rakshasa. From བཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ) arises the white water god. From ཡཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yaṃ) arises the smoky wind god. From ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ) arises the yellow evil body. From སུམྦྷ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: सुम, Romanized Sanskrit: sum, Literal meaning: Sum) generate the white powerful one, and control it by hooking, imprisoning, and binding it with vajra hooks and so on, and then plant it with a Phurba. If you want to be free from obstacles for a very long time, cover it with earth. Even then, if obstacles arise, make the mudra of Vajra Hūṃ, hook it with the king of desire, and also hook it with iron hooks and so on. Bind the mudra of Vajra Hūṃ, press the image of the obstacle with your left foot, and bless it with the manner of expansion with Hūṃ Vaṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं वं हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ vaṃ huṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ Vaṃ Hūṃ) and so on. Sit with your left leg extended, glaring at the clouds and so on that create obstacles, throw the mudra, and spread it throughout all the realms of space.
