To perfect the pure samadhi, to cut off afflictions and near afflictions, to enter the great mandala, to definitely unite with the dharma free from elaboration, to offer to the Tathagata with complete and uninterrupted offerings, to desire other vehicles, to protect beings from fears such as afflictions, to completely save from all protections, the binding of body, speech, and mind as one, which is the fist mudra, to generate all Tathagatas, to perfect giving, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, aspiration, and means, to draw all beings to the city of great liberation with the vajra hook, to lead them into the practice of the ten perfections, to remember the mind that desires other vehicles, to subdue the naturally luminous and unborn, and to unite with the protection of the city of the sacred dharma. This is the samadhi called the Supreme King of Action.
