Having scattered upon that. "Having meditated on oneself," means having settled into the form of conceptualization, thus it is said. "The wind's seed is colored," means surrounded by the letter "la." "Having blazed upon the conduct," means the letter "ah" after the letter "ya." "Dwelling in the wind, dwelling in the fire," means dwelling in the wind and dwelling in the fire. The first of the first group is the letter "ka." Dwelling upon the letter "sa," it transforms into the letter "kha." The last of the fifth group is the letter "ma." The sixth vowel is the letter "u." In the center of the sun mandala, the seed letter "ra" dwells, thus causing it to blaze. "The nature of all mudras," means like one's own deity yoga. "Dwelling before people," means dwelling in the fire mandala. "The cause being the same," is the letter "hum." For accomplishing the wheel of speech, the mandala is the mandala of the wheel of speech. Having contemplated the water mandala and dwelling in it, as it is said, is the lotus. In that, oneself, Manjushri, having meditated especially on the great light that moves, on the moon in one's own heart, and again on that lotus, one should contemplate the conch shell. Thereafter, one should meditate on the sequence of contemplating the vajra tip, etc., until the time when the letter "wa," as it is said, is definitely shown. Having done so is what was previously attained. Having written the blue water mandala marked with a lotus, possessing the yoga of Vairochana, one should sit near it in the lotus posture, and having scattered the Tathagatas, etc., with one's own body in all realms of phenomena, having truly gathered them, one should thoroughly place the mudras of body, etc., in one's own mind. "In the mandala of one's own body," means on the moon mandala in one's own heart, the pistil of the lotus is the bindu, and among those, the garland of the letter "wa." Having gathered it in the throat, it transforms into the nature of vowels. Thereafter, approaching the supreme, one obtains the root letter itself. Thereafter, having illuminated everything with the blazing letters of the vajra-nature tongue, one should recite, filling all of space with the vowels of the true vajra speech, until the signs of accomplishment. Again, just like that, Vajrasattva dwelling in the water mandala.

The yogi should visualize his tongue as being of vajra nature, and in his heart, visualize the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: None) on a moon mandala. Its retinue should also be ultimately the letter A, like the rays of the sun, and the letter Ka, etc. By expanding its flames for one's own benefit, thousands of vajra flames spreading like a net should appear on the tip of the tongue in an instant. One should also visualize them transforming into letters, illuminating all beings, and then returning again, entering their place as usual. One's own body is the embodied image of the deities. Through proper visualization of the heart mudra, sounds become letters of indistinct parts. In addition to that, especially longing for its nature to enter the center, through such a sequence, mantras and vidyas enter the heart, continuously. After becoming stable in meditation, as mentioned before, abiding in the mandala of water, performing actions such as summoning with the vajra hook, etc., and then practicing. "All Buddhas" refers to the Tathagatas such as Vairochana. "Letter" refers to the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: None). "That" refers to that very thing. Then, with "Bhagavan" etc., the appearance of the crown protuberances and mandalas are explained, as well as the chapter on the method of accomplishing the treasury of mantras. Among them, the method of accomplishing the Chakravartin is explained. "Then" etc. are spoken. "Tathagata" refers to practicing in accordance with Vairochana and visualizing his form. Just as the Bhagavan is adorned, wearing silk upper and lower garments, wearing a five-jeweled crown, and abiding in samadhi, so too, this deity holds the form of that Buddha in his hand, it is said. The form of the King of Vidyas is spoken, and other characteristics are explained. "Adorned with a garland of wheels" refers to the garland of flames being very bright, and what will be explained is the garland of wheels connected with flames. "Seven jewels at the periphery" refers to the wheel jewel being in the center of the seven jewels. On its right and left are the householder and the minister, as well as the elephant and the Bhagavan.
