Hold it as it appears, and visualize a woman in front. On the crown of her head, place a lunar disc with (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཛཾ།, Devanagari: ओं जं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ jaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Jaṃ). From this, a multitude of red rays of light arises, awakening the pride belonging to the seventeen places. By this, she is also made to faint and think of abandoning pride. As before, anoint the five places with the union of the vajra arrow. On the two shoulders, draw lotuses. This means drawing lotuses on both sides. Beautify means to be close to beautifying. Draw it in the center of the lotus. "By people tied" means to bind with human hair and make it round. "With the bird's shin bone" means the bone of the bird's foot. Recite and strike the name (Tibetan: ཁྲེ་མ་ཧཱུཾ་, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: , Literal Chinese meaning: ). This means to summon the food-offering mother, reciting and striking (Tibetan: ཁྲེཾ་ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: , Literal Chinese meaning: ). If asked what to do, it is said to be at the crossroads of the road, etc. "Left" means with the left foot. "Striving to summon" means striving to summon the food-offering mother. "Do with an iron hook" means to draw an iron hook marked with a vajra with the left foot's thumb itself, connecting it with the previous text. "The embodied one strikes the heel." This means the yogi should act in the manner of summoning with the foot. This is the one who dwells in the realm, meaning the food-offering mothers who dwell in the three realms, etc. Thus it is said, make a skull drum from two human skulls, cover it with monkey skin, draw lotuses on both sides with the blood of a woman in her prime, and also write the letter (Tibetan: ཁྲེཾ།, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: , Literal Chinese meaning: ) there, perform the union of Heruka, and bless it with his mantra and mudra. At midday or midnight, at the crossroads of the road, make a semi-circle with the thumb of the left foot, and next to it also make an iron hook marked with a vajra, sit in its center, act in the manner of summoning with the foot, and at the end of the mantra of the blood-drinker, summon the food-offering mother, and with (Tibetan: ཁྲེཾ་ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: , Literal Chinese meaning: ), make a wheel with human hair, and strike it with the bird's shin bone, thinking that the blood-drinker has brought the food-offering mother.
