Therefore, by means of this acting limb, one works for those who are capable of acting, and realizes the Bodhi which is the nature of the means of subduing all sentient beings. Born from the wisdom of the three bodies. It is called killing that arises from body, speech, and mind. Also, regarding enemies, it is said in other tantras: Of all sentient beings in the ten directions, If the body and pure mind are killed, One should contemplate them as being superior, For enemies, there are no obstacles. Therefore, Soma Ni should not be done here, because what is shown here is the nature of the self that should be done as one. This shows that killing all sentient beings, destroying temples, etc., and harming teachers who are capable of acting as acting limbs, etc., should be made to be free from the protection of the gods, and should be in hells, etc., for many kalpas. Thus, generating compassion, one should think of proceeding in the Buddha-fields such as the immovable, thereby making them disappear, or with the object of the killed object, the yogi such as Yama, the lord of death, etc., should do the work by acting. Blood or water, etc., is the saying of the ritual. The name is the image to be stirred. The wrathful king is Yama, the lord of death, etc. If one recites one hundred and eight secret mantras, it is said to recite one hundred and eight times. Even the Buddha will surely be destroyed, it is said that this is a superior combination. Why? Because for them, death is impossible. And here, the stake to be acted upon by them is explained by acting, if not, why should it be said? This is true, it is impossible for them to die, however, this combination should be regarded as not turning back from granting superior accomplishment. It is said in other tantras: If there is someone who has not obtained the combination, who has the nature of killing the Buddha, for the benefit of those, one should quickly practice accomplishment. As it is said. Wetting with water, etc., is said to clarify the meaning just said. Bound in front of the wrathful one, it is said to be the pride of the wrathful one.

It should be done in a wrathful manner. The so-called "with the disturbance of wrath" means that the wrathful deity's body is burning and pervading everything. The so-called "transforming the face accordingly" means that the face transforms accordingly, becoming a terrifying form, that is, transforming into various forms with the transformed body. This is how it is called for those who possess the power that matches their own karma. The so-called "the realm of space will also be frightened" means that this shows its great nature. The so-called "the place of the Matrikas" and so on, refers to the explanation of the certainty of the place of manifest practice, that is, the place where the seven Matrikas reside is the place of the Matrikas. The so-called "extremely pure place" means a place that is not shaded by the shadows of other trees. The so-called "at that footprint" refers to the place of the footprint to be practiced. Also, the word "also" includes the confluence of two rivers, etc., and they are used to make effigies, which is the unfinished part. The so-called "peg made of human bone" refers to a peg made of human bone. The so-called "with the peg" means that from the navel upwards, the upper part is in the shape of swirling nectar, and the lower part is made in the shape of a single-pointed vajra. This is what is said, even Yama, the lord of death, etc., can be used for corresponding combinations. As mentioned earlier, take the peg, write four letters ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) on the four sides, and write one on the crown of the head. Then, draw various vajras in the charnel ground, and make effigies with footprints and poisons, etc. Visualize the poisons, etc., on the leaves of the tala tree, etc., and write secret mantras along with his name, put them inside, and cover them with soil, etc. Take the letter ཨའ་ (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) as the seed syllable, place it facing south on top of the various vajras drawn earlier, and let the troublemaker draw out the heart of the person to be killed, and pierce and bind it. With the peg, recite the secret mantra of the peg, which will be mentioned below, one hundred and eight times, and stab the effigy's heart, and then cover it with a bowl painted with various vajras with letters written inside. Then cover it with soil, step on it with the left foot, and recite the secret mantra one hundred and eight times at midday or midnight. For all matters of spirits, use ash blowers and stones, etc.
