Now, strive to complete the ritual, and countless vajras, such as the blue vajra-club wielder who strives to kill it by reciting, should be displayed. Regarding "all," etc., from all places, all Buddhas, etc., appear, and because it possesses the collection of its splendor, it is called the Wrathful Great Power, which itself is the vajra. The meaning of "visualization," etc., has already been explained. The meaning of "accomplishes all actions" is that the yogi, through the power of faith, can also accomplish pacifying and other actions through this mantra, and that is why it is said. The meaning of "if the rain is heavy, it will be cut off" is that through the yoga of the Wrathful Great Power, one should especially visualize drinking up the collections of water abiding in the sky, and then cut the clouds with hand-held weapons. "If the rain is small, it will be poured down" is also explained in this practice. Regarding "all," etc., burning from all places, having it as the essence, it is called the Bhagavan King of Desire, and it is said so because one visualizes it. Regarding "right foot," etc., on the sole of the right foot, below the lunar mandala, visualize various vajras born from the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), and below that, visualize a vajra hook born from the letter JAH (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:匝), with the hook facing downwards, and then connect the name with the image to be subdued. The meaning of "one with the power of the wisdom of the three bodies" is that one should bless with the wisdom of the three bodies, and together with the wrathful deity, slightly bend the body to the left. "Gradually furrowing the brow," etc., means that the action of raising the brow is done. Regarding "vajra," etc., the wisdom that burns like a vajra is the expedient wisdom for subduing the wicked, and therefore it becomes fierce by burning, that is, the wrathful immovable one. The meaning of "visualization," etc., has already been explained. "Chief" here is connected with "remembrance." "Summoning," etc., is the same as before. Regarding "three bodies," etc., because this is the ultimate of the inexhaustible wisdom of the eternal body, speech, and mind, it is the three bodies.

It is the wisdom of the Mother Vajra! It burns with its own nature that is difficult to approach with four Hums (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). It is the wrathful form of the Tathagatas' skillful means and wisdom, becoming the master of the entirety of the three realms, and burning the firewood of ignorance, hence it is the burning vajra. It destroys and disturbs obstacles, hence it is the great terror, the Bhagavan Nodme is so called. The meaning of the target, etc., has been explained. This Bhagavan is black in body color, the right face is white and the left face is red, the two hands bind the mudra of completely conquering the three worlds. The two right arms hold a vajra and a wheel, the two left arms hold an iron hook and a rope. Having the crown of Akshobhya, sitting with the left leg extended, it should be known that it arises from the seed syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Body, speech, Possessing the supreme vajra. This phrase should be connected with Vairochana. Destroying with wisdom means being separated from the wisdom of one's own samadhi. With the iron hook, completely separate, meaning in the heart. Bound by the vajra rope, meaning at the neck. Thus it is taught that the yogi of Nodme should sit in the center of his own mandala, and contemplate all the Tathagatas abiding in the sphere of space, like holding an iron hook and a rope, entering the yoga of Nodme, on the mandala of the vajra wind, generating the form of the samaya mudra, thinking diligently to summon the consort, reciting the mantra in the manner of name and union, and summoning her. Regarding summoning, The eyes that move very quickly, Drawing the eyelashes of the eyes, It is known as the burning gaze, It is said to summon all beings. The burning gaze thus spoken should also be applied to all activities of summoning. The previously mentioned secret mantras of Vajrasattva, etc., can also accomplish the desired activities, but for the beings to be tamed by this deity, in order to make it very easy to appear, the activities of the eyes, etc., are separately and definitely explained, but the yogi can also accomplish all activities according to his own inclination.
