"Non-discriminating Samadhi," which means having great interest in abiding in the Dharma realm as it is, eliminating the unreal pervasive thoughts with Samadhi. Regarding "inner recitation" etc., the mantra is recited with the recitation of Samadhi, not meditating with the appearance of one, two, three, etc. Regarding "all desires" etc., all desires refer to completely pure form etc. Thoroughly accomplishing means perfecting in the continuum of the practitioner, hence it is said that all desires are thoroughly accomplished. It itself is the wisdom Vajra that completely pleases because it subdues the desire and other poisons of all beings to be tamed, and is endowed with unobstructed, extremely peaceful wisdom. Regarding "topknot" etc., the crown of the head adorned with a topknot and diadem, upon which Akshobhya resides, refers to Akshobhya residing on its head, hence it is called that. The Great God is the color of crystal, with a blue throat, three eyes, wearing a tiger skin.
