"The Four Noble Truths," etc., the Four Noble Truths are the Immovable One, etc., and they are pleased and delighted by the truth of means and wisdom, so they are called "that." The meaning of the object of focus, etc., has already been explained. "A hundred million Buddhas of the Three Bodies," that is, the hundred million Buddhas of the nature of the Dharma Body, the Complete Enjoyment Body, and the Emanation Body, truly declare. "With the song of secret mantras," that is, by speaking secret mantras. "Praise" is to fully know and praise. "The ninth letter" refers to the nature of secret mantras such as Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). "Having nine methods" is: charm, bravery, unpleasantness, laughter, anger, terror, compassion, ferocity, and peace. Know that these nine are the methods of dance.
