May it increase and grow. Having placed it in the place of empowerment, afterwards hold it in the mouth and drink it, for by that glory will increase. The vajra of the finger, middle finger, ring finger, and thumb, as it is called, is to first join the tips of the two vajra index fingers properly, and in that way great glory will manifestly increase. First, the vajra should be held back to the tip of the middle finger, and in that way great bliss will manifestly increase. First, the vajra should be placed at the tips of the two ring fingers. By this, great melodious sound will manifestly increase. First, the tips of the two little fingers should be raised and held, and in that way great fame will manifestly increase. The praising of the arm, heart, tongue, and crown of the head, as it is called, is to first praise one's own arm with the vajra, and by this the accomplishment of great power will be obtained. First, by praising one's own heart with the vajra, great wisdom will be accomplished. By praising one's own tongue, dharma will be accomplished. First, accomplishment will occur from praising the crown of the head with the vajra. The generating of space, the burning of the finger and ring finger, the joy in the heart, and the circumambulation of one's own body, as it is called, is to first bind the vajra. Then, generating all phenomena such as space, Vajrasattva, and so forth, one should look at them, and in that way all accomplishments will be seen. First, one should make the gesture of burning with the two fingers and the two ring fingers, and in that way all miracles will be seen. First, binding the vajra, one should hold it with the gesture of generating joy in one's own heart, and in that way all wonders will be seen. First, binding the vajra, one should circumambulate one's own body, and in that way all transformations will be seen. The statement, "Having circumambulated everything, it should be placed on all the senses," means that first, binding the vajra, one should circumambulate everything and then hold it to the eyes, and in that way all truths will be seen. First, having circumambulated everything with the vajra, one should hold it to the two ears, and in that way all truths will be heard. First, binding the vajra, having circumambulated everything, one should place it on the tongue.
