Because it possesses the essence of all the Buddhas, offerings should be made. Because in this tantra, only the essence of one's own deity is taught, and not everything else, therefore, this is not a special harm. Thereafter, for "the first Vajra Mudra" and so on, the mandala should be drawn as it is, and the deity should be invited, and well practiced with the Samaya Mudras, sealed with Dharma, Karma, and Maha Mudras, and after being empowered with the empowerment Mudra, offerings should be made to glorious Vajrasattva and so on. Immediately after that, the Vajra in the center of the first Vajra Mudra takes the Vajra flower branch, and recites the Ushnishavijaya Kalasha mantra twenty-one times, places it in front of glorious Vajrasattva, and performs all the above-mentioned offerings as they are. What is the effect of the Ushnishavijaya Kalasha water? For "with this" and so on, take the Ushnishavijaya Kalasha water with the Vajra fist, and empower oneself and the disciples. After drinking this water, one will truly obtain all the above-mentioned qualities separately. Having thus shown the Kalasha Mudra, now, in order to show the Mudra for entering the first mandala. Thereafter, "the Mudra for entering the first mandala" was taught, the first mandala is the great mandala of Vajrasattva. The entrant has the nature of outer, inner, and secret, and for this reason there is the Mudra. For "three banners" and so on, the right hand forms the three banners Mudra, and the left hand holds the Khatvanga, that is, the three banners and the Khatvanga are tied together. Rejoicing greatly according to one's own ability, that is, rejoicing greatly to the best of one's ability, is a synonym for generating mental happiness. With grace, rotating by unraveling the fingers such as the little finger, rotating extremely in a lightning-like manner, that is, rotating the Vajra dance, unraveling with this, that is, showing the tying of the three banners and the Khatvanga. When the Vajra dance is rotated and unraveled, the shape changes, that is, prostration.

Tying the petals of a lotus flower on the crown of the head is the great retention. Dancing the Vajra dance and completely circumambulating is also the same, and the great retention is also the same, therefore, the circumambulation and unfolding of the Vajra dance is the great retention. What is that? Kaputa is called joining the palms, and Kaputa is the palm of the hand. The palm of Kaputa is also the same, and joining the palms is also the same, therefore it is the joining of the palms of Kaputa. Place the joining of the palms of Kaputa on the crown of the head, and then with it take the garland of flowers, sing the song of entering, and enter the mandala in the manner previously described. Then, perform all the rituals, and at the time of scattering flowers, take it down from the direction of the crown of the head, offer it to Vajradhara, that is, Vajrasattva, and give it. How is it done? It is called "unfolding with graceful index finger and little finger, etc.," that is, unfolding the index finger, etc., connected to the hand with grace, and the little finger, etc., connected to the left hand. Unfolding with graceful index finger and little finger, etc., that is, through those unfoldings, sing the song "Om, supreme bliss of the heart," etc., and offer it to the Bhagavan Glorious Vajrasattva. In order to show the fruit of this itself, it is said, "This," etc. Through this first mudra of entering the mandala, even if one has not entered the mandala, one will attain the state of Vajra Acharya. How is it done? One enters oneself and becomes the Acharya. How is it done? One enters oneself, enters after writing, and merely entering becomes the actor, that is, the offering of the Vajra dance is meaningful, it is not without fruit, that is, by first entering the mandala, the accomplishment of Vajra Acharya is complete, that is, meaningful. Because of that tantra, the offering is meaningful, it is the offering of accomplishment, and through it one will attain the state of Vajra Acharya. Just as the offering of the Vajra dance gives the accomplishment of entering the mandala, so also the accomplishment of offerings of flowers, etc., will also give.

In order to indicate the place, it is said, "Complete or incomplete," etc., that is, possessing external offerings such as flowers, incense, lamps, and perfumes is complete. What is related to it is complete. By obtaining a part of those things, that is, by those who obtain a part of the nature by means of flowers, etc., all common achievements are bestowed. In the phrase "with the signs of offerings such as flowers," joy, supreme joy mother, eyes, etc., and the great auspicious goddess, etc., refer to offerings such as flowers. Their signs are the karma mudras of the nature of the form of flowers, etc. The word 'ni' is to be grasped as certain, that is, only by means of the signs of offerings such as flowers can all the offerings of the Vajra dance give common achievements, otherwise it is not so. Now, in order to indicate the characteristics of the Vajra dance, it is said, "Three excellent banners," etc. That is, the right hand makes the three excellent banners, and the left hand holds the khatvanga, which is called the khatvanga of the three excellent banners. One who acts in this way, with all the fingers, including the charming little finger, extended, performs the lightning dance, and then rotates forward, that is, the four hands rotate to the right. Those dances are called offering mudras, and are spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. In order to indicate the meaning of what is said, "Salutation with the charming and joyful Vajra Mother," it is said, "Charming and joyful Vajra Mother," etc. The offering of the Vajra dance has already been said, so salute with charming and smiling eyes, and salute with the crown of the head with charming vision. "Om, supreme blissful mind," etc., chanting songs, together with all things such as Vajrasattva, merging into one with the mind. By this salutation, generate joy in Vajrasattva and the Tathagatas, etc., and then make the thought of salutation and perform the salutation. In this way, let them do it, and then the things such as Vajrasattva
