Consecration and Torma, Supreme Banner and Great Offering. Again, on its right side, the goddess Consecration Mother: VAJRA ABHISHEKA JAM Again, on the left side of the Bhagavan, the Supreme Banner Holder Mother, with the heart mantra: OM VAJRA MANI DHVAJA GRA KE YURE BAM Again, on its left side, the Great Offering Mother, with the heart mantra: MAHA VAJRA MAHA HE HE HO The Consecration Mother holds a jeweled crown. The Treasure Goddess holds a treasure vase. The Supreme Banner Mother holds a jeweled banner. The Great Offering Mother holds a jeweled vessel filled with all ornaments such as nets, half-nets, bracelets, earrings, armlets, jewels, and clothing. On the outer mandala's boundaries, jeweled railings and so on, and on the doors, the previously mentioned heart mantras should be written, along with hook-wielding goddesses and so on. Then, with the ritual of the glorious Vajrasattva mandala, all of one's own rituals and all the rituals of initiating disciples and so on should be performed accordingly, and the Vajra Jewel itself should be given to the disciples. Its very essence is this: as it is said in "This day," etc., it is the noble Akashagarbha previously shown, who fulfills the wishes of all sentient beings. This will be explained as follows: The Tathagata himself, in the form of the noble Akashagarbha, abides for the sake of fulfilling the wishes of all sentient beings for as long as samsara exists, which is indicated by the Vajra Jewel, the hand symbol of the Jewel family. Now, to explain the ringing of the Dharma bell, he spoke of "all intentions" and so on. The accomplishment of intention is also that, and all is also that, therefore all accomplishment of intention is all the siddhis that are not different from the Jewel family. Among them, the accomplishment of the intention of wealth,

Whatever exists is supreme, because it is free from the defilement of stinginess, it is non-dual, and is called the accomplishment of the Ratna family. That which is called "that," the accomplishment of the Ratna family, is also practiced in order to perfectly fulfill all desires, which means to perfect the great Bodhicitta. Why should one practice to perfectly fulfill desires? Because of liberation from desires, and so on. Because in order to manifest the great Bodhicitta, from its own nature of desire, the liberation of the Dharmadhatu, which has no beginning or end, will be manifested. And that liberation itself is the uncontaminated bliss and mental bliss, the nature that does not abandon its own essence. Now, in order to explain "blessing with the samaya is the great mudra," it is said "inferior and non-inferior," etc. Among them, inferior refers to the nature of contemplating impermanence, suffering, emptiness, selflessness, etc., which is said to be well-known in the Hinayana school. Non-inferior refers to those who have the nature of contemplating true yoga. The bliss arising from that thing is the bliss of all desires, because it is well-known for the bliss that the Vajrayana path believes in, so those who have abandoned attachment should give it to the yogis with instructions and contemplation. Then to whom should it be given? To "oneself and," etc., to oneself, at the time of contemplation, and to all other sentient beings, for the sake of fulfilling all wishes after the Ratna family is accomplished. It should be explained in this way: the yogi of the Ratna family, having bound the great mudra of his own deity, having perfected the mandala of the Ratna family equal to the number of atoms in all the world realms, then with that contemplation of the true union of the sentient realm equal to the number of atoms in all the world realms, having perfected it into the nature of the Ratna family. Just as if one has done what should be done, one should contemplate and meditate on those selves as being of that nature. What is called "thus" is just like that.

Because the supreme is also it, and the secret is also it, it is the most secret, that is, the secret mandala of the Jewel Family. Its ritual is the practice and offering ritual that is explained as it is. The supreme is Akashagarbha (the essence of space), its extensive ritual is, after just explaining the practice and offering tantra, it shows that it is explained in that way. The Bhagavan said the extensive ritual of the ritual, but others did not, this is the unfinished word. For what purpose? Because this supreme, that is, because this ritual is supreme, so for that purpose. Why is this itself for? Because, for that, because the practitioner especially obtains accomplishment with this ritual of accomplishment that has become the supreme of the Jewel Family's thought. Thought is also, everything is also, so it is all thought, that is, the nature of the secret mandala of Vajrasattva and others. The offering ritual of those is, the extensive ritual of the actions of the Acharya and the introduction of disciples, etc. In the Glorious First Extensive Explanation, the Appearance of the Perfection of Wisdom, the explanation of the painted mandala of the Jewel Family is completed. Thus, after explaining the subsequent root tantra of all thoughts, and the offering ritual of all thoughts, now in order to show the meaning of obtaining the accomplishment of all thoughts by those with the nature of skillful means, with the yoga mudra of self-blessing, therefore, it is said from then on, etc., the word from then on is timely, it is timely to the time of the yoga mudra such as self-blessing, this is the meaning. Great accomplishment is also it itself, everything is also it itself, so it is all great accomplishment, that is, obtaining the great mudra of the auspicious Vajrasattva, etc. The practice of those is, binding the great mudra, etc. and practicing yoga, and self-blessing, etc., thereby the supreme is the most excellent of worldly and transmundane skillful means. Unchanging by all accomplishments
