If asked, then what is the meaning of the word "ni" in words such as "mudra"? Because the mind reveals the form, only the mudra is said to be the samaya, therefore, all the Tathagatas are also difficult to surpass. Among them, blessing all things by generating one's own Mahamudra is mudra because it makes it the Vajrasattva. It is the Mahamudra of the secret nature of the body, speech, and mind of glorious Vajrasattva. Thus, it should also be understood elsewhere. The samaya has been spoken. The ultimate meaning that is greatly expressed is what was spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. The so-called "mind" refers to the nature of great compassion without object, the Dharmadhatu without beginning or end, here is the "mind." Its form is the Mahamudra of Vajrasattva, and it arises from that (mind). The so-called "showing" means that sentient beings and non-sentient beings are indivisible, because the mind shows the form. This will be explained as follows: all Tathagatas and families arise from great compassion without object. Therefore, in order to subdue the sentient beings to be subdued with the form of the Mahamudra of Vajrasattva, all Tathagatas and families must be integrated into that form. Just meditating on that reality will generate the wisdom of no-self, and it will burn all the firewood of defilements including habits. Therefore, in order to answer the discriminating thought that "the practice of Dharma and samaya is meaningless," it was said, "This should be said." What should be said? It said, "As long as samsara exists," and so on. That has also been said before. It will be explained as follows: by practicing the Prajnaparamita, one can realize the true nature of all dharmas, and that will also fall into the fault of extreme nirvana, so it is a means for the benefit of others, and the non-abiding nirvana.

It also enables the arising [of Dharma], and it is also the practice of Dharma and vows. Bodhisattvas are bound by wisdom, because they completely attain the ultimate of Nirvana. They are also bound by means, because they completely attain the ultimate of Samsara. Bodhisattvas do not abide in Samsara, nor do they abide in Nirvana, therefore wisdom and means are combined. One should practice the path, as it is said. In the Noble Transcendent Vajra Tantra, it is also said: O noble ones, merely with the Samadhi of emptiness, one can accomplish the complete Nirvana of Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and generate endless suffering, making it difficult to obtain the appearance of the Buddha. Therefore, this is the path that combines wisdom and means, as the Tathagata said. Those sentient beings who do not understand this, upon hearing this teaching, will be liberated from unbearable suffering. With this vow, one can accomplish the supreme, just like the vow of practicing the glorious Vajrasattva with form and similarity, which has just been said. Supreme refers to the excellent glorious Vajrasattva, and accomplishment depends on oneself to complete. The tone of 'ni' is that one must grasp, meaning that only accomplishment is what should be done. What is bliss? It means there is no suffering and displeasure at all. If this happens, what will it become? Wrong actions and sins, etc., using them completely unreasonably is wrong action, which is evil action. As it is said in the sutra: Shariputra, you have done wrong actions. Wrong actions of body, etc., are sins, and all these will not cause harm. By the power of practicing Mahamudra, one can be liberated from all sins, that is its meaning. Not only can one be liberated from the sins that have been done, caused to be done by others, and rejoiced in, but also great wishes will be accomplished. The characteristic of Bodhi is great wish, and the glorious Vajrasattva is great wish, and this again

The yogi will achieve it. How is it achieved? "Lord of All Vows" means that he is both the lord of all and the lord of vows, so he is the lord of all vows, meaning the lord of the essence of the Dharma realm without beginning or end and the lord of the cause that generates all mudras. The meaning of "King Vajradhara of All" has already been explained. "Supreme Lord of All" means that he is both the supreme of all and the supreme lord, so he is the supreme lord of all. "All practices will be accomplished without exception," meaning that the siddhi of the karma section, that is, the siddhi of the karma mandala, will be accomplished. How is it achieved? "Self and others are all increased," meaning that by the vow just mentioned, one's own continuum is increased, and similarly, other beings such as the Tathagatas are increased, so that the siddhis of the karma section will quickly accomplish the Bhagavan practitioner. Or, "to all objects to be accomplished," meaning that if one contemplates the Bhagavan as described in detail on all objects to be accomplished, such as the wish-fulfilling jewel, the auspicious vase, the sword, the trident, the wheel, the vajra, the lotus, and the objects to be accomplished, then those objects to be accomplished will be accomplished. By what cause will these be accomplished? "Meaningful" etc., because that is meaningful and supreme, without beginning or end. "Accomplishment" means to perfect the manifestation of the desired fruit. "All yogas are accomplished accordingly," meaning to perfect yoga and subsequent yoga, as well as extreme yoga. "Glorious" means possessing the perfection of the glorious Vajrasattva, the nature of all things stable and moving. "Stealing all suffering" means stealing all suffering such as bondage. "Vows are difficult to transgress," meaning that it is difficult to transgress the perfection of all siddhis for the characteristic vows that are declared as they are. "Holding the attainment of the vajra etc.," means as it is in reality.
