One should perform empowerment for oneself and others through the categories of all families. In order to reveal the suchness of the hand symbol of glorious Vajrasattva, it is said, "Then," and so on. The verse states: All supreme great accomplishments, The great sovereign has declared. For that purpose, one should combine it with the great implement, the five-pronged vajra. In order to reveal its distinction, it is said, "The suchness of the five secrets is great," and so on. One should know Vajrasattva, Desire-Attachment Vajra Mother, Kilikila, Vajra Remembrance Mother, and Vajra Desire自在 Mother. Their nature is the five secrets, and the great suchness of those is non-dual wisdom. To reveal that, the first five-pronged one is called the five-pronged vajra. Having thus revealed the suchness of the hand symbol of the first supreme one, now, in order to reveal the suchness of all families, it is said, "Then, all families," and so on. The verse states: All Buddhas are indeed Buddhas. Among them, the five-pronged vajra of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and so on, should be known as the nature of all Buddhas. The wisdoms of Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, Amoghasiddhi, and Vairochana are all Buddhas, and their essence is all Buddhas.

This offering is a great offering, extremely joyful, which is the meaning of the heart's desire. Now, in order to show how to summon everything, "all discriminations" and so on are spoken. What is shown in the mudra of summoning from the discriminations of one's own deity is the secret vajra hook of all discriminations, together with the bell, and with the mantra of summoning, one invites one's own deity alone or with retinue, and then one should practice according to what has been said, shaking the bell with the right and left thighs. Now, in order to show the suchness of all offerings, "How is it there" and so on are spoken, it is both discrimination and everything is that itself, so it is all discriminations, that is, the discriminations of the deities of the five families.
