If all the vajras are rotated around the central vajra of one's own vajra, then the heavenly realm will be emanated. If one rotates everywhere with the thought of emanating the Three Jewels, then the heavenly jewels will be emanated. If one rotates with the thought of emanating heavenly friends and servants, then it will be emanated. If one rotates everywhere with the thought of fully enjoying the emanation as it is in the heavenly realm and so on, then one will fully enjoy all the heavenly realms and so on. Looking with an incomparable view, and looking with the view of the central vajra of oneself, one should act in a way that brings about the ripening of the desired fruit. In this way, in an instant, one will cause the ripening of grains and so on from all over the earth. With an angry view, in a place without water, in the way of producing water, a great heap of water will arise. With a burning view, great darkness will be produced. If one acts in the way of tasting the central vajra of oneself, then one will eat all things. If one acts in the way of drinking, then one will drink everything. If one shows the way of playing and generates and moves, then one will make everything play. If one acts in the way of commanding with the crown of the head, then one will definitely be joined with all actions. The first vajra of the right hand, if one rotates it everywhere by remembering all the Tathagatas, then one will see all the Tathagatas. If one remembers all the Bodhisattvas, then one will see all the Bodhisattvas. If one remembers all the Vajradharas, then one will see all the Vajradharas. If one remembers the vajra, then one will see the vajra. With the first vajra of the right hand, if one correctly joins the little finger and the thumb and the central vajra and holds it at the heart, then the emanation of Vajrasattva and so on will be accomplished on one's own body. With the thought of invisibility, invisibility will be accomplished. With the thought of going in the sky, one will go in the sky, and one will show entering into many things that are extremely subtle and coarse. If one binds it, raises the finger, and makes a threatening mudra with the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the way of falling downwards. In this way, the three worlds

all the owners will enter. By making a threatening mudra with the intention of control, one can thus control all the owners of the three realms. If a threatening mudra is made in the manner of binding, one will die. By making a threatening mudra that combines all actions, one will certainly combine all the lords of the three realms. After binding it, if the central vajra is separated and made into a half-eye shape, all the gods will be made to enter, bind, control, and combine with all actions. After binding it, placing it on one's heart, looking down with a shaking and closing gaze, and reciting the letter Ha, all the nagas will be drawn out. By the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), all the nagas are subdued. By the letter Ho (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal meaning: Ho), all the nagas are controlled. The name Dhrika (Tibetan: དྷྲྀཀ་, Devanagari: धृक, Romanized Sanskrit: dhṛka, Literal meaning: Dhrika) should be recited, so that all the nagas will certainly be combined. On the ground, draw the faces of yakshas and so on, and with the first vajra of the right hand, look with the gaze of the central vajra shaking and closing, making the gesture of summoning yakshas and so on, so that they will be summoned. If made into a gesture of control, one will control. If made into a gesture of binding, one will bind. If made into a gesture of combining with all actions, one will thus combine with all actions, and in all these cases, it should be known that the central vajra is placed on the faces of yakshas and so on. If placed on the central vajra of the right hand, one is examining the mandala. If placed on one's own face, one will enter the mandala. If one prostrates, it will become an offering. If placed on one's own heart, the mandala will be accomplished. After binding the first vajra of the right hand, if it is quickly separated on one's own heart, all the mudras will be summoned, bound, stabilized, and all the mudras will be accomplished. After binding it, with the letter Jah (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Devanagari: जः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ, Literal meaning: Jah) summon all, such as Vajrasattva. By the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) make them enter. By the letter Vam (Tibetan: བཾ་, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vam) bind. By the letter Ho (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal meaning: Ho) one will be able to control. After binding it, raising the central vajra and holding it on the crown of the head, one will thus perfectly accomplish all actions. Holding it on one's own heart
