Thus, from "from then on" to "residing in the great mandala," the explanation is the explanation of the second samadhi. Then it should be gathered. Then, in the same way, all the rituals should be performed accordingly. With precious iron hooks and so on, invite, introduce, bind, and control the Blessed One and his retinue, and accomplish them with the mudra of the oath. Then, after blessing with Dharma, Karma, and the Great Mudra, from the empowerment with the Vajra Ratna empowerment mudra to engaging in activities, which is called the Supreme King of Activities, this is the third samadhi. Then the activities should be explained in detail. Bind the great mudra of the Blessed One, the Noble Space-Essence, and say, "Blessed One, Space-Essence, please empower all sentient beings with your own empowerment." Similarly, bind the great mudra of descending jewels, and say, "Blessed One, Jewel Wish-Fulfilling, please place all sentient beings in the place where the arrow of jewel desire is completely purified." Similarly, bind the great mudra of descending jewels, and say, "Blessed One, descending jewels, please place all sentient beings in the wisdom empowerment of the self-luminous jewel descending jewels." Up to this point, it should be recited. Having explained the three samadhis in this way, now, in order to indicate the action, it is said, "Now, the recitation and meditation of those who have obtained the oath and empowerment should be practiced." From "From then on, the great mandala," etc., the rituals of the master and the rituals of the disciple entering, etc., are explained in detail. The tone of "from then on" is the same as before. "The great mandala" refers to "appearing," etc., and is related in meaning. "In the manner of the great mandala" refers to the shape of the Vajrasattva great mandala. "All mandalas are drawn with lines" refers to the meaning of drawing the lines of the outer mandala. The inner mandala should be understood as the Jewel Family mandala as explained in the first chapter.
