By doing this, rain will fall. To pacify lightning strikes, lightning, gales, and torrential rain, use the Vajra Secret Guardian Mudra. As before, perform the yoga of Vajrasattva. First, form the Vajra Mudra, bring the two fingers together, join the tips, and imagine a fire wheel formed from the seed syllable रां (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, literal meaning: fire) on the tips. Visualize that the Bhagavan Vajra Hook also uses the hook to hook the nagas from the direction of division and pull them back. By doing this, all the nagas will be summoned. To control all the nagas, use the Jewel Mudra of all secrets. As before, perform the yoga of Vajrasattva, form the hook mudra just mentioned. Use it to hook the naga, place it in front, then bend the fingers of the right hand to form a jewel shape, imagine yourself as the Vajra Dragon, and show the mudra to the hooked naga. Then, make two fingers into the shape of iron hooks, cross the two little fingers, point the fingertips upwards, and with the nine fingertips, write the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) on the fire mandala, and make a threatening mudra towards the nagas. In this way, they will follow you. To expel all the nagas, this is called the Vajra Secret Naga Expulsion. Similarly, perform the union of Vajrasattva, make two iron hooks with two fingers, and shake these two iron hooks together with the naga's abode from underground. In this way, all the nagas will be expelled. To make the entire earth shake and tremble, this is called the Vajra Secret Liberation. The shaking of all that is not left out is the shaking of the entire earth, that is, moving all the earth. That itself is the trembling. That is the mudra of Vajra Secret Liberation. This is how it is shown: As before, perform the union of Vajrasattva. First, grasp the earth with the vajra and shake it, and visualize that when the feet of the Blessed One Vajrasattva squeeze it, it shakes like the petals of a lotus. In this way, the entire earth will shake and tremble. To create a gathering of water that is mostly cool and immaculate where there is no water, this is called the Great Bliss Vajra Naga Mudra. The mind that holds the form of Vajra Attachment is the Great Bliss Naga King. His mudra is the mudra that shows it, through which the gathering of water will appear. This will be shown thus: Perform the yoga of the Blessed One Vajrasattva, first tie the vajra, show the two fingers as the two crests of the nagas, visualize yourself as the Vajra Naga King, and on the ground where there is no water, dig thunderbolts etc. from the naga's abode below. Lift it with your mind, and visualize countless streams of water flowing from that hole into the great ocean. In this way, a huge gathering of water will appear. To create light in great darkness, this is called the Vajra Sun Mudra. Similarly, first tie the vajra mudra, and with the two fingertips of the little finger and thumb, emit the rays of the sun.
