Then, contemplate destroying and devouring all the subtle marks of the menses residing in the patient's body. Then, emanate Vajrayoginis, who are forms of blazing light, and by residing there, summon the dakinis into the patient's body, take the hearts from them, and nourish the patient's body with them. Then, thoroughly squeeze and firmly hold them, so that the patient is healed, restored to normalcy, and made to stand up. To destroy all evil imprints means to destroy all the imprints of wrong guidance, which are all evil imprints. Destroying them is to destroy those who are bound by wrong guidance to the tantra to be accomplished. Furthermore, destroying all evil imprints is to destroy the imprints that all evils, such as demons, come to cause harm and bind the imprints. How will this change? It is said that it is the vajra secret seal. The vajra secret, that is, the vajra of Vajrasattva, is the seal of the secret vajra, by which it can be so transformed.
