It burns. If you keep the vows, you will attain accomplishments. Drink the water of Vajra nectar. This is the mudra of the Vajra bell. If you say you have not seen the mandala, and say it in a gathering of people, you will be laughed at for lack of faith. Then give the empowerment of the hand seals, as well as the crown, silk streamers, vajra, master, and name empowerment, and give the asceticism of the accomplishment vajra, and also give the Suchness, Dharma, and vows. Then, with flowers and so on, and vajra weapons and so on, offer the hand seal offerings with twelve hand seals, and truly worship them. Recite: Om Maha Sukha Vajra Sattva Jah Hum Bam Hoh. By reciting "Surata Tvam," manifest the Suchness of the great vow and explain it. The great vow is for the hero. Suchness is called supreme joy. O Bhagavan, by urging supreme joy, one will quickly obtain the supreme of all accomplishments and all desires. Therefore, it is called the Suchness of the great vow. O Bhagavan, since this is the first hero of the three realms, he is the master of all desires, and for those who are untamed, he is the supreme master of Vajra Pride. Therefore, the meaning of Vajra Pride should be spoken. O Bhagavan, the body of Samantabhadra, without beginning or end, the master of all beings, named Vajrapani, that is, the master of Vajra Pride, holds this vajra with the union of supreme joy, and pleases all the Tathagatas. When praised with supreme joy, this is the Great Bliss Vajrasattva, without afflictions, only bliss, therefore, all accomplishments, including the Bodhi of the Buddhas, will be quickly obtained. Then, with this hand seal praised with supreme joy, the Bhagavan, in a posture of left pride, subdues and satisfies those beings who indulge in desire. Why? Because not only does he satisfy beings with the union of joy, but also for those who cannot be subdued by the nature of Suchness, he also applies the posture of pride here.

Do. By mere arrogance one is able to subdue, for this purpose, the Bhagavan, having become the lord of Vajra Arrogance, shows that he can also subdue in all realms of the world. Having bound its mudra, one should recite: Om Maha Sukha Vajra Sattva Jah Hum Bam Hoh. Surata Stvam. Then, all the desired siddhis will be accomplished. Vajra These, such as those born from the mind, are limbs of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, and this is the essence of weapons because it pierces through the power of the Bhagavan's limb of desire. On the right is great bliss through the union of great joy. Behind is the bond of attachment, like a makara, therefore it is the banner of the makara. On the left, it is controlled by arrogance, therefore it is the controller. These are offerings of great joy. These, such as flowers and seductive women, are Vajra Playful Ones. These are the attachments of the eyes. Playful hooks and so on. If the secret of all the Tathagatas enters here, then even Buddhahood itself will be attained, what need is there to mention other siddhis? Because this is the essence of the vows of all the Tathagatas. Then, in order to bless the essence and bind the great mudra and so on, one should train in the four unions as they are. Having done the yoga of the deity, one should say: Samaya Sattva Adhistha Svamam. Having blessed oneself as one is with one's own vow mudra, and with arrogance, raising the vajra, one should say: Takki Hum Jah. One should recite with vajra words. This is after all the Tathagatas, one should clearly show it. Then, placing the vajra in one's own heart in a manner of praise, one should say: Takki Jah Ho. Then, body, speech, and mind will become indistinguishable from Vajrasattva. Then, one should train in the great mudras such as Vajra Mind-Born, just as they are drawn and in accordance with them. Then, one should also train in the great mudras of Dharma, Karma, and Samaya. Whatever Tathagata and so on.
