Then, in the outer mandala, facing the east gate, draw various lotuses, visualize the disciple as Vairochana, bless with the mind-mother vajra, place the action mudra on the lotus, and receive the best of offerings. Give the disciple the offering items, and then make offerings with the five offerings. Take water from the victorious vase with the Tathagata fist, and empower it by reciting "Om Bhukham Om Vajra Abhisinca." Also, have him drink that water, saying these words: "This is your hell water. If you break the vows, it will burn you. If you keep the vows, it will grant you siddhis. Drink the vajra nectar water!" This vajra bell and vajra mudra, if you say you have not seen the mandala, you will be laughed at by those who do not believe in the Dharma in the assembled crowd. The disciple also folds his hands and bows to the teacher, and receives all the empowerments such as the vajra flower, and should also constantly offer wealth. Then, with the vajra jewel vow mudra, perform the jewel crown empowerment, and also empower with the silk ribbon hanging empowerment. Recite the mantra "Jah Hum Bam Hoh Maha Sukha Vajra Sattva Abhiseka Nastvam. Abhishancami Sarva Vajra Atibade Tritome Bhava. Siddha Namade. Bhagavan Namaha Vajra Dhara Surata Stvam Hum. Vajra Sattva Om Bhurbhuva Svaha." Recite "Om Sarva Tathagata Samaya Adhipati Tvam Abhishincami Maha Vajra Dhara." This is the essence of all Buddhas. It is the vajra of the Vajradhara. You must always hold it. ཉྩི་ཧེ་བཛྲ་ནཱ་མ་སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་བྷུར་བྷུ་བ་སྭཿ། 。在那之后，以欲贪金刚母等十二手印如实供养，当宣说一切如来之五密。其中，此乃一切如来之五大秘密：常与不动，珍宝胜，世间自在与不空成就。因为是如来一切自性，故说为如来一切。其中，种姓之真如是：金刚萨埵不动，宝生宝自在，世间自在金刚法，金刚业为最成就。之后，即以彼持金刚，摇动法铃。以誓言大手印，加持后念诵心咒。应如是学习。之后，取誓言三之歌舞供养，以自己本尊之四手印立誓而学习。详细仪轨当从前所说中知晓。引入弟子等之详细仪轨完毕。如此，示教了阿阇黎之事业仪轨，以及引入弟子等之事业仪轨后，为了教导已获得誓言与灌顶者，阿阇黎所修之智慧，故当示教此仪轨。之后，宣说了“未成办，胜成就”等。以“之后”之声，乃指紧接着，以法手印，或大手印，或誓言手印，或事业手印，以两个月来修持，在何时未成就，就在那之后。成就，乃指大手印等圆满。因为没有成就，所以是未成就，大手印等之胜成就未成就，即是胜成就。诸业乃指欲贪等具有世间相者。常乃极多，即是“未成办，胜成就，诸业之常”之意。彼即是从其他业中殊胜，故为胜。所谓“消除一切罪恶”，乃是断绝杀生等恶行的对治法。所谓“多种”，乃是以百种差别成就。

Nyitsi he vajra nama siddhi samaya stvam bhur bhuva svaha. Then, with the twelve mudras such as the desire-attachment vajra mother, offer perfectly, and then explain the five secrets of all the Tathagatas. Among them, these are the five great secrets of all the Tathagatas: constant and immovable, supreme jewel, worldly power and meaningful accomplishment. Because it is the nature of all Tathagatas, it is said to be all Tathagatas. Among them, the suchness of the family is: Vajrasattva immovable, Ratnasambhava jewel power, Lokeshvara Vajradharma, Vajrakarma is perfectly accomplished. Then, with that, hold the vajra, and ring the dharma bell. With the samaya mahamudra, bless and recite the mantra. It should be learned like this. Then, take the offering of the song of the three vows, and swear with the four mudras of one's own deity and learn. The detailed ritual should be known from what was said before. The detailed ritual of initiating disciples, etc., is complete. Thus, after teaching the ritual of the Acharya's work, and the ritual of initiating disciples, etc., in order to teach the wisdom practiced by the Acharya to those who have obtained the vows and empowerment, this ritual should be taught. Then, "unaccomplished, supreme accomplishment," etc., were spoken. The word "then" means immediately after, with the dharma mudra, or the mahamudra, or the samaya mudra, or the karma mudra, practicing for two months, whenever it is not accomplished, then immediately after that. Accomplishment means the completion of the mahamudra, etc. Because there is no accomplishment, it is unaccomplished, the supreme accomplishment of the mahamudra, etc., is unaccomplished, that is the supreme accomplishment. The karmas refer to those with worldly characteristics such as desire-attachment. Constant means very much, that is, "unaccomplished, supreme accomplishment, the constant of karmas." That itself is superior to other karmas, therefore it is supreme. The so-called "eliminating all sins" is the antidote to cutting off evil deeds such as killing. The so-called "various" means accomplishing with a hundred kinds of distinctions.
