Having expressed it through images, place your own tutelary hero on cloth, etc., and place it in front, then perform all the rituals accordingly. Bind the great mudra of your own deity and recite it a hundred thousand times again. Then, on the full moon day, recite the name and mantra, and in this way, the accomplishment of the great mudra of your own deity will be attained. In this tantra, for all practices involving drawing, it should be known that one should visualize a white vajra on the tongue and then recite. This treatise also explains the practice of the Dharma mudra, because it is shown immediately after the great mudra, the samaya mudra, and the karma mudra have been practiced, but it is not the Dharma mudra. Next is the "Great Accomplishment Tantra of the Tathagata Mudra," in which the word "next" is synonymous with "state." In the mandala of the Tathagatas, all the great mudras of the Tathagata families are the Tathagata mudras. Their great accomplishment is to contemplate oneself as the essence of one's own form. The word that indicates it is the collection tantra. "Having bound one mudra, thinking 'I am the Buddha,'" means binding the great mudra of Vairochana, etc., contemplating that one is the Buddha, and repeatedly manifesting it. What will happen if you do this? "The great mudra is a great accomplishment, stable and lasting, and attained without delay," meaning that having bound the great mudra of Vairochana, etc., and contemplating that the nature of Vairochana, etc., is oneself, the yogi will quickly attain the great accomplishment of the great mudra of Vairochana, etc., which is stable, will not disappear immediately, and is indestructible. Having thus explained the practice of the great mudra, now the practice of all samayas is explained, that is, "next is the practice of all samayas," in which the word "next" is the same as before. All samayas are all samaya mudras. Their method of practice is to visualize the mind vajra in one's own heart and bind the mudra, reciting: ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ། (Tibetan, समयस्त्वं, Devanagari, samayastvam, Romanized Sanskrit, Samaya, you).

reciting and binding the essence of the heart. This is what was said: Place the form of a vajra in the heart, and say, "Samaya Tvam (ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།, Devanagari: समयस्त्वं, Romanization: samayastvam, Literal meaning: You are the vow)." By accomplishing it with a hundred thousand recitations, all siddhis will be obtained. This is what is said. This is what is taught: The practitioner who wishes to accomplish the mudra of the vow, after blessing himself and so on, should contemplate the vajra of the mind in his heart, say, "Samaya Tvam (ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།, Devanagari: समयस्त्वं, Romanization: samayastvam, Literal meaning: You are the vow)," and bind the mudra of the vow of his own deity. Then, for about a month, bind the mudra and recite the mantra of his own deity immeasurably. Then, again, recite in the same way, and finally, on the night of the full moon, recite from evening to morning, and in this way, the siddhi of all the mudras of the vow will be obtained. Having thus spoken of accomplishing the mudra of the vow, now he speaks of accomplishing all the karmamudras: Then, it is called the Tantra of Accomplishing All Karmamudras. "Then" is as before. It is both a karmamudra and all, therefore it is all karmamudras. Their accomplishment is the accomplishment of subduing the maras and so on. The collection of words that teach them is the Tantra. "Victorious over the Maras" means binding the karmamudra of Akshobhya and thus being victorious over the host of Maras. "Realizing the Supreme" means that the Supreme is the highest, the unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Realizing it is manifest enlightenment. "Turning the Wheel of Dharma" means binding the karmamudra of Amitabha and thus teaching the Dharma. "With an Incomparable Mind and Benefit" means binding the karmamudra of Amoghasiddhi, and even if one thinks in his mind of benefiting those sentient beings who act wrongly, what will happen then? "The karmamudra will be accomplished," so it was said. This is what is taught: After blessing oneself and so on, starting with the letter A (ཨ), contemplate various vajras in one's heart, recite, "Vajrasattva (བཛྲས་ཏྭ།, Devanagari: वज्रसत्त्व, Romanization: vajrasattva, Literal meaning: Vajra Being)," and bind the karmamudra of Akshobhya, thus completely destroying the Maras. Then, the karma of Vairochana
