The activities of all deeds will be completely accomplished in everything. Thus it is said, "Because it is meaningful and accomplished, therefore in all the activities of the mudras," which means that everything, such as rejoicing, etc., will be exceedingly, that is, especially accomplished. "All mudras, self-blessing." Thus it is said, the mudras that accomplish all deeds are the mudras, all the mudras. Those who bless well with them are all the mudras that bless well, that is, the body, speech, and mind of glorious Vajrasattva, the power of the vajra, are accomplished in the minds of the beings to be tamed. By that meaning, the mudra is of the nature as described. The mudra vajra is the mudra of glorious Vajrasattva. The word "is" is definitely held, that is, the meaning of the most excellent blessing of all mudras. Why is that? For what reason? Even those who have not seen the mandala, or those who have not spoken, will be greatly accomplished. Thus it is said, those who have not entered the mandala, even those who have not spoken, will be accomplished in the nature as described. This distinction is this tantra. "There is no fear" means that there is no falling away from samaya. The giving of mudras is to accomplish activities such as rejoicing, and to show the greatness of the mudras, therefore it is said to be greatly shown to the beings to be tamed, because there is no wheel, to those who have not entered the mandala. Why is it that if the mudras are shown to those who have no wheel, there is no fear or falling away in this distinction? Because of self-blessing, one's own son turns into a continuum. Thus it is said, for what reason do those who have not entered the mandala also bind the mudras? If they recite, then because of the self-blessing mentioned here, the sons of the Tathagatas, the Bodhisattvas, etc., will generate the habit of the siddhis of the body, speech, and mind of glorious Vajrasattva. Knowing their minds, give. Thus it is said, in the realm of the mudras, if one knows that the minds of the beings to be tamed are pleased, then one should give the mudras. What is it like? Even those who commit great sins, it is said.

It is said. The karma of immediate retribution is a great sin. Whoever does it is committing a great sin. Those who commit great sins, with the word "like," should also give generously to others. How is it? It is shown. Even if the essence is given to such a person, there is no need, if others understand it. Therefore, by merely binding these, the word "those" is spoken. As it is said, the mudra that accomplishes the karma, even those who commit great sins, by merely binding it, that sentient being who commits great sins is purified, cleansed, and purified. Why? Even those who commit sins, by merely binding this, are purified. If they give and bestow it, all accomplishments will be achieved, so it is necessary. The word "supreme first" has already been spoken. It is also realization and great, so it is great realization. That itself is the most supreme of all realizations, so it is made and blazing, so it is the king. Its great bliss is great liberation. That itself is indivisible, so it is like a vajra, so it is a vajra. All the desired accomplishments, merely by arising, are with fruit, so that itself is meaningful. The suchness of the mandala of the goddess of glorious Vajrasattva, etc., which arises from its corresponding cause, is the samaya. Its extensive ritual is the continuity of practice and what is to be practiced, which is the collection of words that reveal it, which arises from realization, so it is called realization. The glorious supreme first extensive explanation, the emergence of the Prajnaparamita, is called the second chapter, in the root tantra of the later tantra of all realizations. The explanation of the great bliss vajra secret great mandala of glorious Vajrasattva is complete. Thus, in order to abandon desire with desire, after the mandala of glorious Vajrasattva has been spoken. Now, in order to take care of sentient beings of good nature, the realization of the Tathagata is spoken. That is, from the words "Then the teacher Vajradhara," etc. The word "then" means immediately after that,
