Similarly, when performing the yoga of glorious Vajrasattva, form the first vajra mudra, joining the tips of the two little fingers and joining the tips of the two middle fingers, and place them at the heart. With the thought of accomplishing emanations such as glorious Vajrasattva from one's own body, recite in this way, and it will be accomplished. By reciting with the thought of invisibility, invisibility will be accomplished. By meditating on walking in the sky, walking in the sky will be accomplished. By meditating on manifesting extremely subtle, extremely large, and multiple forms, one will be able to manifest extremely subtle, extremely large, and multiple forms. Subjugating, binding, controlling all the lords of the three realms, and definitely combining all activities, this is merely understanding. How will all these be accomplished? This indicates this meaning. Similarly, when performing the yoga of glorious Vajrasattva, form the first vajra mudra, raising the two index fingers separately upwards, and with the thought of wanting to subjugate all the lords of the three realms, press them downwards, reciting "ཨ་ནུ་རཱ་ག་ཡཱ་མི་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अनुरागयामि हुं हुं，梵文罗马拟音：anurāgayāmi hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：爱我，来，吽，吽）", and it will be accomplished. Recite in the same way, and with the thought of wanting to control all the lords of the three realms with these two fingers, make a wrathful mudra, and in this way it will be accomplished.
