It is called supreme because it reveals enlightenment. The question of "by what" refers to by what essence. "Without merit" means those who commit actions such as the five heinous crimes. Similarly, it also means without a mandala. It means not entering the mandala as it is. "Meaningful" means having results. Therefore, it is unimpeded. "Quickly" means quickly attaining accomplishments such as Mahamudra in this very life. "Supreme" means the highest. "All accomplishments are not difficult to obtain" means that all accomplishments such as Mahamudra are not difficult to obtain. "Great bliss, great Vajra" refers to unsurpassed enlightenment, which is the cause for obtaining its supreme secret vows. "Teaching" refers to the essence, which is indestructible like a Vajra. "Accomplishing all attainments" means that for all families, the attainments such as Mahamudra that are taught, the initial method is the letter Hum, which is the cause for accomplishing and generating. Because reciting the letter Hum accomplishes everything, therefore it is said, "Quickly accomplish all thoughts." This refers to quickly accomplishing all the thoughts such as Vajrasattva that are taught in the first and second chapters. "Without beginning or end," "beginning" refers to the first to arise. "End" refers to Nirvana without a time limit. That which lacks both of these is without beginning or end, abiding constantly in the nature of present arising. "First arising" refers to the first in the Good Aeon and so forth, also arising in the nature of present arising. It is said to be the supreme first, "supreme" means the highest. "First" refers to the beginning of the Good Aeon. "Said" means taught and proclaimed. "With all words, whatever is desired," "words" are also everything, so it is all words, the seven modes of song. Therefore, speaking according to the desires of the trainees, it is said, "With all words, whatever is desired." "With all attachments, whatever is pleasing" refers to the attachments of the path of song, the conduct of sound.

The so-called "rejoicing in whatever is pleasing to rocks, etc.," is for the sake of enabling those to be tamed to attain Vajrasattva, etc., just as they rejoice and are attached. Thus, the essence is spoken. The so-called "Anuragaya Mi" means "should be subsequently attached to." That is, the nature of Vajrasattva, etc., the nature of skillful means, and the essence of wisdom, abiding as they are, should be manifested again and again, which is what is meant by "should be subsequently attached to." The so-called "entering the wisdom of descending as it is" means that what is to be manifested by meditating on Vajrasattva, etc., is descending as it is. Descending there is wisdom. Entering into it is manifestation. Therefore, since one thoroughly enters into the wisdom that descends as it is, it is called "what descends, the wisdom enters." The so-called "accompanied by the near essence" is the essence accompanied by the near essence. The so-called "indeed" means to definitely grasp, that is, only accompanied by the near essence. The so-called "first kalpa" is the first of the good kalpas, etc., that is, the very beginning. The so-called "said" means bestowed the teaching. This is what is taught: at the time of the kalpa that formed at the beginning of the good kalpa, when the Buddha-field transformed into space, the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, residing in the palace as previously described, only at the very beginning, the Bhagavan truly spoke the near essence Hum accompanied by "Anuragaya Mi Hum." The so-called "then" is a word that indicates immediately after. The so-called "this is" is the letter Hum accompanied by the near essence. The so-called "merely said" means merely bestowed the teaching with all words. All the Buddhas are Vairochana, etc., equal to the number of atoms in all realms of the world. Those accompanied by sons are those accompanied by Bodhisattvas such as Maitreya. Those accompanied by Vajra-holders are those accompanied by all the deities of the families, such as Vajrasattva, the King, Attachment, and Excellence. The Great Vajra-holder constantly abides in all realms of space, possessing the nature of all things, body, speech, and mind vajra, and is therefore diverse. Together with that.
