་རིམས་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཕྲོག་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བདག་ཉིད་འཕགས་པ་གཙུག་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་བསམས་ལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཕགས་པ་གཙུག་སྤྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང༌། ནད་པའི་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་རྐང་བའི་བར་དུ་གང་བར་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ན་རིམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ནད་ཆེན་པོ་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་གཞིག་པར་བྱ་བ་ལ་ནི་མི་སྣང་བར་བྱའོ། །དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་ ཀྱི་ནུས་པ་འཕྲོག་པ་ནི་དུག་མེད་པར་བྱ་བའོ། །དེ་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟ་བས་འཕྲོག་པས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་དང་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཅིངས་ནས་བྱམས་པའི་ལྟ་བས་འཕྲོག་པར་བྱའོ། །འདི་ལྟར་སྟོན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བྱས་ལ་བྱམས་པའི་ལྟ་བས་བལྟ་ཞིང་དང་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དུག་འཕྲོག་པར་བྱའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཟླ་བའི་སྐུ་མདོག་ཅན་གྱིས་ཀྱང་དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདུད་རྩིར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇིག་པ་དང་དུག་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དགྲོལ་བར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། རིག་པ་མཆོག་ལས་གསུངས་པའི་གདོན་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་ནི་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ། དེ་རྣམས་བཀྲོལ་བ་ནི་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་བཀྲོལ་བ་སྟེ་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བཟུང་བ་རྣམས་སེལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་གོ །དེ་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་འབྱུང་བོ་བསྐྲད་པས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བྱས་ཏེ་དང་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཅིངས་ལ་འཕགས་པ་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་དབུ་སྟོང་དང༌། ཕྱག་སྟོང་མངའ་བར་བདག་ཉིད་བསམས་ལ་དེས་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་ལ་དབབ་པར་བྱའོ། །བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་སྙིང་ག་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཕགས་པ་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེས་ཀྱང་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་ཀུན་དུ་གང་བར་བྱས་ནས། དང་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དབུས་མའི་རྩེ་མོས་གདོན་བླངས་ཏེ། གདོན་དགྲོལ་བའི་བསམ་པས་དང་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཞུ་ནས་དགྲོལ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མ་མོ་དང་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་དང༌། གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་ཤེས་པར་ཟད་དོ། །དེ་རྣམས་དགྲོལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་ལུས་ལས་ཤིན་ཏུ་འཇིག་པའོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་འཐབ་པ་སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དག་གིས་འཇོམས་པའོ། །དེ་དག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་གང་གི་སྙིང་བཏོན་ནས་ཟོས་པ་དེ་ལས་གཞན་གྱི་སྙིང་བཅུག་པ་ནི་འབྱུང་བའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བསད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ནི་ཤི་བ་སྟེ་དེ་གསོ་བ་ནི་ཤི་བ་གསོ་བ་སྟེ་སླར་ཡང་སྲོ

能摧毁所有瘟疫等疾病。观想自身为圣洁顶髻行者之体性。世尊圣洁顶髻行者亦应观想充满病人从头顶至脚底。如此则所有瘟疫、所有疾病及大病皆得平息。摧毁所有毒物，即令其隐没不现。夺取所有毒物之力量，即令其无毒。此如何实现？以大乐金刚之眼夺取之。于此，首先结金刚印，然后以慈爱之眼夺取。应如是宣说。如是，作吉祥金刚萨埵之瑜伽，以慈爱之眼视之，并以最初之金刚印夺取毒物。世尊金刚萨埵，身色如月，亦应观想所有毒物皆化为甘露。如此则所有毒物皆被摧毁，并变得无毒。所谓解脱所有邪魔，即是说，从胜妙明咒中所说之十八种邪魔，即是所有邪魔。解脱彼等，即是解脱所有邪魔，亦即消除所有被邪魔所控制者，此乃其最终之定义。此如何实现？以大乐金刚驱逐诸元素。如是，作吉祥金刚萨埵之瑜伽，结最初之金刚印，观想自身为具足千头与千手之圣大力尊，并以此加持所修之物。于所修物之心间安住之世尊圣大力尊，亦应充满所修物，然后以最初金刚印中央之尖端取出邪魔。以解脱邪魔之意，融化最初之金刚印并解脱之。如此则能从所有邪魔中解脱。所有母神、空行母及邪魔，皆应知晓。彼等之大解脱，即是从所修物之身体中彻底摧毁。彼等自身之争斗，应以咒语及手印摧毁。彼等自身取出任何有情之心并吞食后，再放入其他之心，此乃元素。彼等所杀之有情即是死者，而复活彼等，即是复活死者，亦即再次给予生

It destroys all epidemics and other diseases. Meditate on yourself as the nature of the noble Crown-wearer. The Bhagavan, the noble Crown-wearer, should also be visualized as filling the patient from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. In this way, all epidemics, all diseases, and great diseases will be pacified. To destroy all poisons, make them invisible. To take away the power of all poisons is to make them non-poisonous. How does this happen? By taking it away with the vajra gaze of great bliss. Here, first bind the vajra mudra, and then take it away with a loving gaze. It should be taught in this way. Similarly, perform the yoga of glorious Vajrasattva, look with a loving gaze, and take away the poison with the first vajra mudra. The Bhagavan Vajrasattva, with a body color like the moon, should also visualize all poisons turning into nectar. In this way, all poisons will be destroyed and become non-poisonous. To liberate all demons, it is said that the eighteen demons mentioned in the Supreme Knowledge are all demons. Liberating them is liberating all demons, that is, eliminating all those who are possessed by demons, which is the final definition. How does this happen? By expelling the elements with the vajra of great bliss. Similarly, perform the yoga of glorious Vajrasattva, bind the first vajra mudra, and visualize yourself as the noble Mahabala, possessing a thousand heads and a thousand hands, and with this, empower the object to be accomplished. The Bhagavan, the noble Mahabala, residing in the heart of the object to be accomplished, should also fill the object to be accomplished, and then take out the demon with the tip of the central point of the first vajra mudra. With the intention of liberating the demon, melt the first vajra mudra and liberate it. In this way, one will be liberated from all demons. All mothers, dakinis, and demons should be known. Their great liberation is the complete destruction from the body of the object to be accomplished. Their own battles should be destroyed by mantras and mudras. When they themselves take out the heart of any sentient being and eat it, and then put in another heart, this is the element. The sentient being killed by them is the dead, and reviving them is reviving the dead, that is, giving life again.
