Then, the meaning of "action mudras, etc." is that the mudras that accomplish the collection of actions are the action mudras, etc., which are to be spoken of. "Saying the great lotus" refers to the samaya mudra of the Bhagavan Vajra Lokeshvara, which is called the great lotus. If it is bound and placed at the heart, all obscurations will be completely purified. "That itself is the crown of the head" means that if that great lotus is bound and held towards the crown of the head, everything will be protected.

The great lotus knot, with all fingers open, holding in the form of eight lotus petals, will obtain all samadhis. That which is called the eyes of the two vajras, where the middle finger's pupil, encircled by the fingers, is joined with the thumb, is the eyes of the two vajras, and with this, one will be able to control all women. This is called the good maker, forming the great lotus knot, with the fingers and thumbs making a gesture of good giving, and with this, one will be able to control all men. That which is done on the forehead and then prayed to, holding the great lotus towards the direction of separation, and making a prayer, will accomplish the planting of dreams. That which is in the place of origin on the left, called the sign of the thumb, forming the great lotus knot, with the fingers and thumb of the left hand making the place of origin, and placing the right thumb downwards into that place of origin, reciting the essence with a mind desiring excellence, doing so will generate all excellence. The extensive explanation of the glorious and supreme first, arising from the Prajnaparamita, in the second chapter of the root tantra. The explanation of the distinctions of the mudras of Vajra Lokeshvara is complete. Having thus shown the distinctions of the mudras of Vajra Lokeshvara, now, in order to show the distinctions of the mudras of the Ratna family, it is said that the ritual of the tantra of the Ratna family is extensive. The word "then" is as before. As explained, the noble Akashagarbha holding the wish-fulfilling jewel, the treasure is the jewel, and its family is the Ratna family arising from it. Its mudras are the mudras such as the great mudra, and the collection of words that demonstrate it is the tantra. Its extensive ritual is the continuity of accomplishing the great mudra and others. Vajra palms, etc., forming the vajra palms, the two thumbs perfectly joined, and raising the tips of the two index fingers, the tips of the two index fingers joined together, bending from above.
