"The Tathagatas who dwell on the wheel of the mandala should be drawn together with the Vajradhara" means that, the Bhagavan Vairochana, the emanation, abiding in samadhi, should be drawn in the center surrounded by the images of eight Buddha bodies, and the yogi should encircle the mandala of Vairochana in a circular manner. Whatever the third mandala is drawn, namely the Tathagatas such as Akshobhya, should be surrounded by the eight great Bodhisattvas such as Vajrapani, and should be drawn in the form of the great mandala of Vajrasattva. Regarding "outer" etc., as it is said, on the outer mandala on the celestial garment, the eight great Bodhisattvas such as Vajrapani should be drawn in all directions and corners. Regarding "four full vases should be placed at the doors" etc., four full vases should be properly placed at the four doors of the mandala.

It is its symbol. On the western gate, place a flat and very comfortable cushion, which is the essence of the perfection of wisdom, a symbol of the seat showing the essence of the great Bodhi, free from habitual tendencies and their afflictions, cognitive obscurations, and elaborations. On the northern gate, place the body of the Buddha Bhagavan, an embodiment of the emanation body, abiding in samadhi, which is the essence of the perfection of diligence, and should be placed as a symbol of the great Bodhi, the nature of the wisdom of accomplishing deeds. Here, the seed syllable of all the deities is A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). It will be declared thus: Like the mandala of Vajrasattva, draw the outer mandala, and within it, with a quarter of the size, draw circular mandala lines with five-colored threads attached to the vajra stake. The second is twice its size. The third is three times, encircling it circularly, drawing lines on all the mandalas and drawing them beautifully. In the places of all the deities, draw various lotus seats. In the center of the mandala, draw the Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha, golden in color, adorned with all ornaments, with the form of the complete enjoyment body, with both hands holding the supreme Bodhi mudra, seated in the vajra posture, with one face facing east. Then, on the second circular mandala, draw the embodiment of the emanation body, the eight Buddhas abiding in samadhi. Then, on the third circular mandala, in the east, draw the Bhagavan Akshobhya Buddha, along with Vajrapani and Manjushri, in the manner of the Vajrasattva mandala. In the south, draw the Bhagavan Ratnasambhava, the Bodhisattva Akashagarbha, along with the treasury of space. In the west, draw the Bhagavan Amitabha, the great Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, and the two who turned the wheel of Dharma as soon as they generated Bodhicitta. In the north, draw the Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi, the Bodhisattva Vajramushti, and the two
