是详细讲述本的作业仪轨和引入弟子的仪轨等。所有讲述第一品等的仪轨，以及第二品根本续所讲述的所有仪轨，为了对于那些无法如实成就所化众生罪业的人，以修持的差别迅速成就悉地，将要讲述吉祥金刚萨埵秘密坛城的汇集之义。从“之后金刚须弥山的所有山顶”开始，到“以各种妃女众的金刚天女等为前导”之间的讲述，是讲述最初结合的等持。从“为了极度成就大乐”开始，到“现前显现”之间的讲述，是讲述第二品。之后第三品也应如前了解。为了阐释通过灌顶和获得誓言，应当念诵和修习之义。从“之后所有那些善逝”开始，到“所有悉地都非常具有意义”之间的讲述，是详细讲述上师的作业仪轨和引入弟子的仪轨等。所有品中所述的悉地，以自己本尊的四手印修持自己本尊的瑜伽，并且前方也以自己殊胜本尊的四手印完全加持，然后以结缚现欲手印来修持，为了阐释此义。从“之后应当结缚最初坛城的秘密誓言手印”开始，到“将迅速获得悉地”之间的讲述，是为了阐释念诵自己本尊心咒并结缚誓言手印等所有手印的此仪轨。从“之后”开始，到“是简略”之间的讲述。如是念诵自己本尊心咒并结缚所有手印，之后念诵自己本尊心咒和近心咒，将会成就。

Starting from "Then, all the peaks of the great Vajra Mount Meru," up to the explanation of "with the assembly of various consorts, including the Vajra goddesses, as the vanguard," it explains the samadhi of the initial union. Starting from "For the sake of greatly accomplishing great bliss," up to the explanation of "manifestly appears," it explains the second chapter. Then, the third chapter should also be understood as before. In order to explain the meaning of reciting and meditating upon receiving empowerment and vows.
