This is for the sake of definitely laughing with certainty. The form that the Bhagavan spoke of is to truly reveal it. This form, without the sound of the lute and so on, will not give rise to great bliss. Therefore, the sound is shown by playing the lute and so on. To show that it is not without fragrance, the hand holds a vessel of fragrance. Moreover, it is not possible without a vessel of taste, therefore the hand holds a vessel of taste. It is the same without the adornment of flowers, therefore the flowers are held with the palms together. Moreover, without incense, the mind will not be satisfied, so the incense burner is held with the hand holding the incense burner. Similarly, in the darkness, one cannot see each other, therefore a lamp is held, which is the lamp. Moreover, without the application of fragrance, the body will not be comfortable, so the fragrance is held with the hand of smoke offering. If one is separated from various charms, great bliss will not arise from extreme joy. Therefore, through charm and laughter, and great songs and dances, in order, the beauty pleasing to the eyes is shown, as well as seeing and the attachment of the eyes, and joy, and the desire for the attachment of the eyes, and the joy and pride that arise from the attachment of the eyes, these are also not other, but embrace, and will never be abandoned. Therefore, by relying on the one who has completely mastered all of these, great bliss of extreme joy will arise. This is the teaching of the arrow of desire and touch, and the beautiful embrace and the place of becoming the master. It is said that because one wants to attain liberation by abandoning the world, it is called fear. The sutra says: The place of Vrinda (वृंदा,Vṛndā,forest) is delightful, even if one becomes mute, it is the best. Gautama (गौतम,Gautama,瞿昙) abandoned his mothers, he will never seek liberation. As it is said, for that reason, this pure place of extreme joy is the place of the Bodhisattva. From the place of pure taste is the place of the Bodhisattva, thus the cause is declared. Similarly, all dharmas are naturally pure, what is this?

From the Joyful Ground onwards, all dharmas up to the ultimate taste are, in the ultimate sense, free from the conceptualizations of grasping and being grasped. Therefore, the pure abode of the Joyful Ground is like this: the abode of the Bodhisattva, from this beginning, similarly, until the pure abode of the ultimate taste is the abode of the Bodhisattva, through the purity of the Prajnaparamita, and the purity of the Joyful Ground, etc., yogis should understand, otherwise it is not. In order to show this, these were spoken. In "all dharmas," etc., it is both dharma and all, so it is all dharmas, such as the purity of the Joyful Ground as previously stated. The self-nature purity of these is the beginningless and endless dharmadhatu, which is the meaning of Suchness. Such self-nature all dharmas become the cause of purity, so it is the Prajnaparamita completely pure. Here, wisdom is the nature of extremely distinguishing all dharmas that are pure, such as the Joyful Ground, etc. Its Paramita is the seed, the self-nature of realizing and directly perceiving the purity of the Joyful Ground, etc. That is, all dharmas are the beginningless and endless dharmadhatu of the nature of being free from defilements, which is the meaning of being naturally pure and indivisible. Completely pure means being free from all conceptualizations along with habitual tendencies, like the three realms. This will show this meaning: whatever is pure, such as the Joyful Ground, etc., that is the Prajnaparamita pure; whatever is the Prajnaparamita pure, that is pure, such as the Joyful Ground, etc. Because of such a reason, therefore, by directly perceiving the Prajnaparamita, one will obtain the purity of the Joyful Ground, etc., because it is a non-different self-nature. Having thus explained the Prajnaparamita, possessing listening and thinking, etc.

In order to generate joy in them, Vajrapani Sulala and others proclaimed its benefits. Vajrapani is Tibetan. Sulala refers to the circumstances of ordinary men and women, etc. All dharmas are like the aforementioned great joy, etc. The gate of their self-nature's purity is the mandala of their place, etc. Its accomplishment is that by which it will become manifest; this is called the accomplishment of the gate of the self-nature's purity of all dharmas. The manner of the Perfection of Wisdom is the self-nature of the aforementioned great joy, purity, etc. "This" refers to the self-nature of the purity of the great joy, etc., just mentioned, spoken after establishing it in the mind in the manner of grasping what is mainly mentioned. "Even if one hears it once" means that such a manner occurs only once. Hearing is being grasped by the wisdom of the self-nature of hearing. The word "also" indicates that there is no need to mention those who hear it again and again. "That, until the essence of enlightenment" means that the listener, starting from hearing, even if he does not manifest enlightenment into unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, by accumulating all the aforementioned obscurations, etc., sentient beings will never be born in hells, etc.; it should be connected in this way. "All obscurations" refers to what has been indicated. The rest is what has been said. Among them, longing for desire, hatred, sleep, drowsiness, excitement, regret, and doubt—these obscurations are divided by great greed, etc.; afflictions such as greed are afflictive obscurations. Actions such as abandoning the sacred Dharma, which become obstacles to the arising of the noble path, are Dharma obscurations. The five inexpiable sins, etc., are karmic obscurations; the greatness of those aforementioned obscurations themselves is great. "Accumulation" refers to the preliminary practices, the main practices, and the manifestation of joy after performing actions characterized by the aforementioned obscurations. The word "also" indicates very much.
