་གྱི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཉིད་བཅིངས་ནས། ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་དོ། །འོད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བསམས་ལ། ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ཨ་ཧཾ་སྭཿ་ཞེས་བཟླས་ནས་མིང་པོ་གསུམ་དང༌། བདག་ཉིད་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྕེ་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྣམ་པར་བསམས་ལ། སྭ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྣམ་པར་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ། །སྙིང་གར་ཨ་ལས་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་བསམས་ལ། མིང་པོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིང་བར་བྱའོ། །ཧཱུཾ་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ་བསམས་ལ། མིང་པོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བཅིང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་རྡོ་རྗེ་རིན་ཆེན་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་དབང་བསྐུར་ལ། མདའ་དང༌། གཞུ་དང༌། ཐོང་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དང༌། མིང་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ཡང་བླངས་ལ། སྭ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཉིད་ཟློས་ཤིང་བདག་པོའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དང༌། དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་དང་ཆོས་དང་དམ་ཚིག་བཟུང་ལ། མེ་ཏོག་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང༌། རང་གི་ལས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ཉིད་མཆོད་དེ། མིང་པོ་གསུམ་ནི་བདག་གོ་ཞེ་སྔ་རྒྱལ་བསྐྱེད་ལ། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདི་ཇི་སྲིད་མཚན་མ་དང༌། རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཉིན་རེ་སྦྱོར་བས་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སའི་དབུས་སུ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གསུམ་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམས་ལ། བར་སྣང་གི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ བ་ཏེག་སྟེ་གཞག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཉི་མ་འཆར་བའི་དུས་སུ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ཐིག་གདབ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཟུར་བཞི་པ། སྒོ་བཞི་པ། དེའི་དབུས་སུ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཉིས་པ་གཞུའི་དབྱིབས་ལྟ་བུ་དེའི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚད་དེའི་དབུས་སུ་སེང་གེའི་གདན་བྱས་ལ། དེའི་དབུས་སུ་མིང་པོ་གསུམ་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་བྲི་བར་བྱས་ཏེ། དབུས་སུ་རྒྱལ་བར་བྱེད་པ། དེའི་གཡས་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སྦྲང་རྩིར་བྱེད་པ། གཡོན་ལོགས་སུ་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་གྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་གོ་ཆ་བ་གོས་པས། གཡས་ན་ཐོད་པ་ཐོགས་པ། གཡོན་ན་མདའ་གཞུ་ཐོགས་པ། ཅུང་ཟད་དགོད་ཅིང་ཁྲོ་བར་བྲི་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་རྒྱལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་ནི་དཀར་པོ། །སྦྲང་རྩིར་བྱེད་པ་ནི་སེར་པོ། །དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་གྲུབ་པ་ནི་ལྗང་གུའི་མདོག་ཅན་ནོ། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་སྒོར་གྲུབ་པ་མདོག་དཀར་པོ། མིག་གསུམ་པ། ལག་ན་རྩེ་གསུམ་ཐོགས་པའོ། །ལྷོར་འཕེལ་བ་མདོག་སེར་པོ། །ལག་ན་གཏེར་གྱི་བུམ་པ་ཐོགས་པའོ། །ནུབ་ཏུ་ཆེན་པོ་མདོག་དམར་སྐྱ། ལག་ན་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཟམ་ཏོ

以誓言之手印束缚，念诵萨玛雅 斯德旺（ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ，梵文天城体：समय स्त्वं，梵文罗马拟音：samaya stvam，汉语字面意思：誓言 你）。观想于光之坛城中，念诵 扎 吽 邦 霍 萨玛雅 斯德旺 萨玛雅 斯德旺 阿 吽 梭哈（ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ཨ་ཧཾ་སྭཿ，梵文天城体：जः हूँ वं होः समय स्त्वं समय स्त्वं अहम् स्वः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ samaya stvaṃ samaya stvaṃ ahaṃ svaḥ，汉语字面意思：扎 吽 邦 霍 誓言 你 誓言 你 我 梭哈），观想三怙主与自身融为一体。然后观想舌头上如金刚杵一般，并观想娑（སྭ，梵文天城体：स्व，梵文罗马拟音：sva，汉语字面意思：自身）。于心间观想由阿（ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字所化现的各种金刚杵，结三怙主的业手印。观想由吽（ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字所化现的五股金刚杵，结三怙主的大手印。之后以金刚宝之手印灌顶，并接受箭、弓、标枪之手印灌顶与名字灌顶，复诵娑（སྭ，梵文天城体：स्व，梵文罗马拟音：sva，汉语字面意思：自身）字，接受主宰灌顶，并受持真如、法与誓言，以花朵等及自身之业手印供养自身，生起三怙主即我之慢，如实修持禅定。此后，于坛城获得征兆与允许之前，每日勤修。之后于坛城地之中央，观想三种禅定，于虚空方向，以坛城之誓言手印 抬起安放。之后于日出之时，如法绘制坛城，四角四门，其中心绘制第二个弓形坛城，大小为前者的一半，其中心安置狮子座，其上依次绘制三怙主，中央为降伏者，右侧为蜜，左侧为成办一切义者，皆身着盔甲，右手持颅器，左手持弓箭，略带微笑而忿怒地绘制。其中，降伏者为白色，蜜为黄色，成办一切义者为绿色。东方之门为成就者，白色，三眼，手持三叉戟。南方为增长者，黄色，手持宝瓶。西方为大者，红白色，手持莲花花束。

Having bound the mudra of the vow, recite Samaya Tvam (ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ，梵文天城体：समय स्त्वं，梵文罗马拟音：samaya stvam，English literal meaning: Vow You). Contemplate within the mandala of light, and recite Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ Samaya Tvam Samaya Tvam Ahaṃ Svaḥ (ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ་ཨ་ཧཾ་སྭཿ，梵文天城体：जः हूँ वं होः समय स्त्वं समय स्त्वं अहम् स्वः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ samaya stvaṃ samaya stvaṃ ahaṃ svaḥ，English literal meaning: Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ Vow You Vow You I Svaḥ), contemplating the three lords and oneself becoming one. Then, contemplate the vajra on the tongue in the same way, and contemplate what is called Sva (སྭ，梵文天城体：स्व，梵文罗马拟音：sva，English literal meaning: Self). In the heart, contemplate various vajras from A (ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，English literal meaning: A), and bind the karma mudra of the three lords. Contemplate the five-pronged vajra from Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，English literal meaning: Hūṃ), and bind the great mudra of the three lords. Then, empower with the vajra jewel mudra, and also take the empowerment of the arrow, bow, and lance mudras, and the name empowerment, repeating what is called Sva (སྭ，梵文天城体：स्व，梵文罗马拟音：sva，English literal meaning: Self), and take the empowerment of the lord, and hold the suchness, dharma, and vows, and offer oneself with flowers and so on, and one's own karma mudras, generating the pride that the three lords are me, and meditate as the samadhi is. Then, meditate on this mandala daily with effort until signs and permission are obtained. Then, in the center of the mandala's ground, contemplate the three samadhis, and in the direction of space, with the vow mudra of the mandala, lift and place it. Then, at sunrise, draw the mandala as it is, with four corners and four doors, and in its center draw a second mandala shaped like a bow, half the size of the former, and in its center make a lion throne, and on it draw the three lords in order, in the center the Victorious One, on the right side the Honey Maker, and on the left side the Accomplisher of All Purposes, all dressed in armor, holding a skull cup in the right hand, and holding a bow and arrow in the left hand, drawing them slightly smiling and wrathful. Among them, the Victorious One is white, the Honey Maker is yellow, and the Accomplisher of All Purposes is green. At the eastern door is the Accomplisher, white in color, with three eyes, holding a trident in his hand. In the south is the Increaser, yellow in color, holding a treasure vase in his hand. In the west is the Great One, reddish-white in color, holding a lotus bouquet in his hand.
