That which is called "in the world" is what is praised in the world. That which is called "worthy of offering" is that which should be truly offered like Vajra Lord. It should be explained that its meaning is like this: Having made the union of Vajra Lord, starting from the practice of samadhi, until the sign is obtained and permission is granted, this mandala should be practiced. Then, in the center of the mandala ground, practice the three samadhis in this way, and place the mandala in the space as before. At the time of sunrise, the lines should be drawn well, and it must be round. There are three levels, the center is twice. The three levels are the nature of the outer mandala, and the three levels are three times. At the four gates of all, the four corners should be marked with three-pointed spears. Then, in the center of the central mandala, the four-faced Great Lord should be placed, the first face is peaceful, and the remaining faces should be drawn as fierce and terrifying. The Great Wrathful One, the terrifying Vajra, has four arms and is black in color. Two hands hold a three-pointed spear and a skull, and the other two hold an elephant skin with moisture in the form of a banner, and dwell. It should be drawn on its head. Like the four hands in front of the Vajra Lord, they should hold objects marked with a three-pointed spear, a khatvanga, a rosary, and a swastika. Likewise, the four hands behind it should also be like that. In the east of the central mandala is the Great Black One, holding a trident in his hand. In the south is the Joyful Lord, diligent in beating the waist drum. In the west is the Great Sound, holding a bell in his hand. In the north is the Dance Lord, holding a spear and so on in his hand. In the southeast corner is the skull counter, holding a skull in his hand. In the southwest corner is the Fierce Lord, holding a trident, a sword, a khatvanga, and a skull. In the northwest corner is the khatvanga, holding a khatvanga and a skull. In the northeast corner is the Bull Ear Lord, holding a trident. In the east of the second level is the Fierce Woman, holding a three-pointed spear. In the south is the Brahma Woman.

At the eastern gate of the mandala itself, the Peaceful One holds a skull cup. In the south, Bhairunda holds a rosary of bones. In the west, the Wrathful Mother holds a vulture. In the north, the Terrifying Mother holds a wildcat. On the three levels, write the elemental letter Tri (ཏྲི་,tri, drop) residing in eight rows of eight. Then, recite Vajra Yaksha and Tri (ཏྲི་,tri, drop) on a white cloth, use one of them as a lower garment, the second as an upper garment, and the third to cover one's face, smear the body with the pure ashes after reciting the Tri (ཏྲི་,tri, drop), prostrate, generate the mind of enlightenment, and likewise, contemplate the Vajra in one's heart, look at the eastern gate, and empower with the water of the vase placed outside.
