In order to explain the ritual of what is called "Accomplishment of Wisdom Should Be Learned," it is said, "All accomplishments," and so on. The so-called "All accomplishments are thus" means that, just as the accomplishment of Vajrasattva is spoken of, one should first practice the second cloth painting of the wrathful deity of the great Bodhisattva Vajra Wheel. It should be understood that this is the meaning of accomplishment. Then, "Even without accomplishment," and so on, has already been explained. To enter all mandalas, the so-called "With the mudra of the Vajra Wheel" means that, having performed the yoga of the Bhagavan Vajra Wheel, the one with the characteristics as described above, binds the mudra of the Bhagavan Vajra Wheel, and recites (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and by circling in a clockwise manner, all mandalas will be transformed. Then, while looking at it, recite (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) one hundred and eight times, and then place the mudra on one's own face. In this way, the Vajra Wheel will enter all mandalas. To enter the great mandala, the so-called "With the great Vajra Wheel" is also the same. Having performed the yoga of the Bhagavan Vajra Wheel, bind the two vajra fists, and recite (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and circle in the manner of a torch wheel. This is the great Vajra Wheel, and with this, one should enter the great mandalas of all the great lords. Similarly, to enter the mudra mandala, the so-called "With the vajra mudra of all the Tathagatas" means that, just as the great Vajra Wheel can enter all great mandalas, to enter all symbolic mudra mandalas is the initial vajra that arises from the vajra binding. This is the meaning. Similarly, to enter the samaya mandala, the so-called "With the wheel of the great samaya," the mandala of the main deity of the samaya is the samaya mandala, such as the Suchness of the great samaya as spoken of in the tantras. To enter there is to enter the samaya mandala,

Cross the vajra fingers into a fist, and extend the two middle fingers into the shape of a point. Then extend the two index fingers separately, and place the middle fingers behind the tips of the vajra. This is the wheel of the great samaya, and by this, one will enter all the mandalas of samaya. To enter the karma mandala, it is called the "wheel of all," which means that the mandala where the karma mudra is the main one is the karma mandala. Entering there becomes the wheel of all. Likewise, having done the union of the Bhagavan Vajra Wheel, bind the samaya mudra of the Space Treasury, and repeat "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and contemplate oneself as the Space Treasury, and recite "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). This is the wheel of all, the samaya mudra of the Space Treasury, and by this, one will enter all the mandalas. Likewise, and so on, just as the mandalas of the vajra wheel and other mudras will enter the great mandala and so on, likewise, the mudras of Vajrapani and so on, and the hand Holding the wheel in the left hand and so on, will do the actions of following and so on. Among them, the samaya mudra of Vajrasattva makes all the Tathagatas and all sentient beings follow. The samaya mudra of the noble Avalokiteśvara makes one subjugate. The samaya mudra of the noble Akashagarbha makes one obtain meaning. The samaya mudra of the vajra fist makes one increase. The samaya mudra of the noble Manjushri makes one cut off. The samaya mudra of the vajra wheel will enter all the mandalas. The samaya mudra of the Space Treasury accomplishes the actions of offering. The samaya mudra of the vajra yaksha accomplishes the siddhi of subduing all the wicked. The vajra samaya of all the mandalas means that all the mandalas are the mandala of the vajra wheel. They themselves are indivisible like a vajra, therefore they are called vajra. Its samaya is the cause of generation, the vajra wheel.

Imagining it as a mandala of a wheel. The King of Imagination called "Thus" is complete. The explanation of the imagination of turning the wheel of Dharma immediately after generating the mind of enlightenment as stated in the Perfection of Wisdom is complete. Having thus spoken of the King called the Vajra Samaya of all Mandalas, which is the cause of entering the Mandalas of all families, now, in order to explain the King of Imagination of the Treasury of Space, which is the cause of the complete assembly, he spoke of "Then" and so on. The word "Then" refers to the immediate past. In the abode of the King of Gods of Others' Wielding Power in all Desire Realms, the Blessed One Vairochana abides in the manner as described, and immediately thereafter, he explains this principle of the Perfection of Wisdom, which should be connected in this way. In "With the vessel of the expanded ritual of all offerings," "all offerings" refers to the four types of offerings characterized by generating the mind of enlightenment and so on. "Its expanded ritual" refers to the expansion with the nature of the ten suchnesses due to the differences of mandalas and so on. "Its vessel" refers to the place of origin, because it arises from it. In "The best of all offerings," "all offerings" refers to those mentioned earlier, which are excellent, hence the best. It is also the nature of the accomplished offering, so it is the best of all the usual ways of offering flowers and so on. The principle of the Perfection of Wisdom called "Thus" is the principle of the Perfection of Wisdom, and "explaining" means "speaking." "Generating the mind of enlightenment is the expanded ritual of offering to all Tathagatas," the nature of enlightenment, entering into enlightenment, and the mind of wishing for enlightenment is the mind of enlightenment. Generating these three is generating the mind of enlightenment. Generating that is offering to all Tathagatas, so offering to all Tathagatas is the offering accomplished in the manner of generating the mind of enlightenment, and its ritual is vast.
