将手指弯曲握拳，拇指置于无名指和小指之间，这是降伏金刚拳。以此手印和（ཨ，A，अ，阿）字，能降伏一切。若要使一切起舞，则用金刚舞拳。这是金刚舞者的手印，即金刚舞拳。以此能使一切起舞。如是宣说：如来应如金刚拳的结合一般，念诵（ཨ，A，अ，阿）字，以一切舞蹈的姿态修行，以意念将自身融入修行之身，充满一切。自己起舞，由此能使一切起舞。若要使一切说话，则用金刚语拳。双手结金刚拳，作弹琵琶之状，这是金刚语拳。结此手印，念诵（ཨ，A，अ，阿）字，如金刚拳的结合一般融入修行之身。双手结金刚拳，反复作弹琵琶之状，则能使一切说话。若要使一切僵硬，则用金刚注视拳。如金刚拳的结合一般，观想心间的月轮上，五股金刚杵燃烧，其光芒遍布，并以燃烧之光压制十方之云等所要修的事物。 这是金刚注视拳，能使一切僵硬。若要使他人之军力全部变为哑巴和跛子，则用大金刚跛子拳。如是，作如来之结合，念诵（ཨ་ཧཱུྃ，A hūṃ，अः हूँ，阿 吽）字，结金刚（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हूँ，吽）字印，观想自身为金刚（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हूँ，吽），念诵忿怒咒语：阿巴惹赛酿亚玛姆卡帕嘎冈固汝（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हूँ，吽）。结手印，从中化现金刚忿怒尊，使他人之军力全部失去言语能力而变为哑巴，失去抬脚能力而变为跛子，这就是跛子拳。若要从他人的一切手印中解脱，则用金

Binding the fingers inward and placing the thumb between the ring finger and the little finger, this is the vajra subduing fist. With this and the syllable A, everything will be subdued. To make everything dance, one uses the vajra dance fist. This is the mudra of the vajra dancer, the vajra dance fist. With this, one should make everything dance. Thus it will be taught: The Bhagavan should perform the union of the vajra fist as it is, and reciting the syllable A, one should accomplish it in the manner of all dances, filling the body to be accomplished by mentally placing it in the body of practice. One should dance oneself, and thereby make everything dance. To make everything speak, one uses the vajra speech fist. Making the two vajra fists in the manner of playing a lute, this is the vajra speech fist. Binding this and reciting the syllable A, entering into the body to be accomplished by the union of the vajra fist as it is, if the two vajra fists are made to play the lute again and again, then everything will speak. To make everything stiff, one uses the vajra gaze fist. Performing the union of the vajra fist as it is, one should visualize on the moon in the heart a five-pronged vajra, a garland of flames, a light that agitates everywhere, and with that flame one should suppress the clouds of the ten directions and so forth, the things to be accomplished. This is the vajra gaze fist, which will make everything stiff. To make all the armies of others dumb and crippled, one uses the great vajra cripple fist. Likewise, performing the union of the Bhagavan, reciting A HŪṂ, binding the mudra of Vajra HŪṂ, meditating on oneself as Vajra HŪṂ, and reciting the wrathful mantra: Apara Sainyama Mukha Pagakam Kuru HŪṂ. Binding the mudra, and from that emanating all the wrathful vajras, making all the armies of others dumb because they are devoid of speech, and making them crippled because they are devoid of the ability to lift their feet, this is the cripple fist. 所谓“以金刚掌拳印击之”，如前一样，结金刚拳印，念诵ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）。以誓言金刚拳印之二掌心，以意迎请世间与出世间一切手印，解脱之，此乃金刚掌拳印。所谓“为摧毁一切金刚空行母之手印，以金刚吽印之金刚拳印击之”，如是结金刚拳印，以ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体：आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：啊 吽）之声，观想自身为吉祥黑汝嘎，观想吉祥饮血尊之金刚手印降临于空行母之手印上。此乃吽印之金刚拳印。所谓“为解开一切暴恶之手印，以吽印之金刚拳印击之”，如是结金刚拳印，念诵ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体：आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：啊 吽）之声，结金刚吽印，观想自身为金刚吽印，以欲解脱罗刹等一切暴恶之手印之想，以金刚吽印解开缠绕手腕之结。此乃金刚吽印之拳印，能圆满如是所说之事业。所谓“为束缚一切手印，以金刚拳印之拳印击之”，如前一样，结金刚拳印，以金刚拳印束缚事业之手印。 以誓言之束缚束缚大手印等一切部族之手印后，念诵ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字，此乃金刚拳印之拳印，能束缚一切手印。所谓“为使一切手印成金刚，以金刚拳印击之”，如前一样，结金刚拳印，以二金刚拳印涂抹一切支分与身分，念诵ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字，此乃金刚拳印，能使大手印成金刚。所谓“为印封一切，以金刚母之拳印击之”，如是结金刚拳印，念诵ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字，以欲印封所修之事之想，以二金刚拳

That which is called "to separate all the evil mudras, strike with the vajra fist of the Hūṃ mudrā", likewise, make the mudra of the vajra fist, and recite Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Ah Hum), bind the mudra of the vajra Hūṃ, visualize oneself as the vajra Hūṃ, with the thought of wanting to liberate all the evil mudras such as rakshasas, with the vajra Hūṃ mudra, untie the knot binding the wrist. This is the fist of the vajra Hūṃ mudrā, which completes the work as described. That which is called "to bind all the mudras, strike with the fist of the vajra fist", as before, make the mudra of the vajra fist, and with the vajra fist, bind the mudra of the karma. After binding all the mudras of all the families such as the great mudra with the binding of the vow, recite the syllable A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A), this is the fist of the vajra fist, which binds all the mudras.
