Until the end (of the recitation), it should be recited in the same way. Then, tie a knot on that (deity's) name, without untying the mudra, be sure not to let (the practitioner) feel weary, and recite in that way. Then, at dawn, the Bhagavan will appear and grant the desired siddhis. This is the ritual for the first cloth painting. Then, the ritual for the second cloth painting is to first perform the approach practice as before, and then draw the Bhagavan, the sole hero who tames beings, on the cloth. Then, in front of that (deity), recite one hundred thousand times while abiding in the Mahamudra. Then, on the full moon day, recite the name with the knot tied, and at dawn, the Bhagavan will appear and grant the various siddhis in the same way. This is the practice for the second cloth painting. Then, what was said about "even if not practiced" has already been explained. To make everything follow one's will, that is, to make the desire gods and all sentient realms free. How does that happen? (The sutra) says to recite a thousand times to the lotus and give it away. That is, take an external lotus, and with the blessing of Arya Avalokiteshvara, recite "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) a thousand times, make it pleased, and then offer and give it to the pleased gods or other humans and beings. That lotus should be visualized as red and practiced with a collection of red rays. In this way, everything will follow one's will. To keep everything secret, that is, for those who harbor malice towards many sentient beings and kill them, etc., take them in with the power of taming and kill them. How does that happen? (The sutra) says to use the mudra of the wrathful one of the great lotus. The fierce lord of the great lotus is the wrathful one of the great lotus. What is its samaya mudra? That is the mudra of the wrathful one of the great lotus. That is this: bind the vajra fist, extend the two middle fingers, open the eyes wide, knit the brows, and with this, visualize oneself as the fierce lord of the great lotus. In order to subdue anger with anger, in order to tame, one should mentally kill those people. Then, those who are to be tamed will either attain the state of the fierce lord of the great lotus, or they will die.

Urla! After death, one will also be reborn in all pure Buddha lands. 'All become ignorant' refers to all the continuums of one's own mind and mental events. To make these ignorant means to eliminate the duality of grasper and grasped with the wisdom of emptiness, and to abide in non-conceptual samadhi, or to cause all sentient beings who have aversion to the Three Jewels, etc., to lose their memory, so that neither they nor others can know. How does that happen? It is said to be through the great lotus pig mudra. The great lotus earth-holding mudra is the great lotus pig mudra, and that is how it happens. This will be taught, that is, the Bhagavan Great Lotus binds the great holding mudra, and contemplates oneself as its essence, and all sentient beings to be tamed should be made its essence. In this way, non-conceptual wisdom will transcend ignorance, and become ignorant by the power of its conceptualization. If one meditates with the intention of destroying the memory of evil sentient beings, then they will all become ignorant. All afflictions are greed, etc., as mentioned before. The conceptualization of them is the realization of suchness. How does that happen? It is said to be through the great lotus all-seeing samadhi mudra. It means the great mudra of the Bhagavan who subdues beings. To become the master of all lands means to obtain the position of all kings. Sitting in the lotus position on the ground, etc., is easy to understand. This will be taught, that is, anyone who wants to become a king should practice the black practice of the Bhagavan Great Lotus, practice it first, and then sit in the lotus position on the ground in a quiet place, recite it a million times, on the night of the full moon, recite it at dawn, and then the next day one will obtain the kingdom. To attract all water, etc., as before, with the ocean practice of the Bhagavan Great Lotus, practice it first for a month, with the intention of attracting water, visualize the form of the dragon king ocean.
