It is the principle of the arising of mind and mental events. Because the meaning of all things is indivisible, it is Vajra. The blessings of the Vajra of all Tathagatas are power, therefore, it is the blessings of the Vajra of all Tathagatas, that is, the principle of Vajrasattva and so on. That itself is the Samaya, therefore it is the blessings and Samaya of the Vajra of all Tathagatas, the meaning of non-transgression is the Samaya. Therefore, all the Tathagatas also, do not make transgressions, the Mudra is said to be the Samaya, for the sake of showing the image of the mind. Thus it is said. The knowledge of those Samayas is the principle of the determination of the manifestation of the nature of Vajrasattva and so on. That itself is the difference of various kinds, this pure place of great joy, is thus the abode of the Bodhisattva. The pure abode of the arrow of desire, is thus the abode of the Bodhisattva and so on, divided by differences, therefore, it is the meaning of being completely endowed and possessed with such a principle. This is because the nature of the Tathagata family is manifested, it is the knower of the Samaya and the nature of the Samaya, with the principle of Vajrasattva and so on, each sentient being is the cause of being born from the image of the Vajra wisdom, like the Mandala of the mirror, therefore, the Bhagavan teaches that it is the nature of the wisdom like a mirror. Thus, for the time being, the Bhagavan himself is the knower of the Samaya, therefore, those who practice through the door of mantra, etc., should also know the Samaya very well. Now, in order to show that the Bhagavan is not only the knower of the Samaya, but has also obtained the empowerment, therefore, it is said that all the Tathagatas, etc., all the Tathagatas are Akshobhya and so on, that itself is the jewel, and the jewel crown made from them is the crown of all the Tathagatas, with this desire and form and formless

In the realm of the three existences, which is the nature of reality, the mind, with its basis of consciousness, is fixated on self-ignorance, self-conceit, self-attachment, and self-view, the four afflictions. By abandoning this mind, one truly demonstrates the attainment of the wisdom of equality, which is the attainment of empowerment. This shows that one has realized the Ratna family and attained the wisdom of equality. Through the practice of the secret mantra path, one should also possess empowerment, as it is taught. To show that one has gained power over yoga, it is taught, beginning with "All Tathagatas..." The all-knowing wisdom of all Tathagatas is the complete understanding of the meaning of all things as they are, which is the mind consciousness in the form of the path. This is the great yoga, the nature of the path that unites calm abiding and insight. Whoever possesses this yoga is called by that name. Sovereignty is also the same. Therefore, it is called the great yoga sovereignty that possesses the all-knowing wisdom of all Tathagatas. This also means that one has attained discriminating wisdom by fully knowing all dharmas as they are. The Bhagavan is shown to have realized the pure nature of the lotus family, which is the consciousness of the mind. It is also taught that mantra practitioners should practice yoga. To show that one accomplishes actions and engages in the power of others through great compassion, it is taught, beginning with "All Tathagatas..." The mudra of all Tathagatas is the four types of mudras characterized by the great mudra and so on. Their equality is the nature of non-existence in ultimate truth, and the absence of distinctions in conventional truth, which is the ability to make distinctions. Realizing this is attainment. "Various" means that one causes the manifestation of the desires of all sentient beings, the attainment of seen and unseen results, and therefore performs various actions.

Because it is the nature of action, it is the act of performing various activities, which becomes the cause, without any remainder, that is, all without remainder, which is called all the hopes of all sentient beings, all forms of existence. Accomplishing all of that is to fully accomplish the meaning of manifest desire. That is the activity, and when that activity is performed, it is the activity of fully accomplishing all hopes. This also shows that the Blessed One's eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body consciousness manifest the nature of complete purity, thereby attaining the wisdom of accomplishing activities, which is the nature of the types of actions. It also shows that mantra practitioners should also become accustomed to peaceful and other activities. So, who is that like? It is said "Great Compassion," etc., and it is also Vairocana, and also great, so it is the Great Vairocana. It is merely making it Vairocana, so it is Vairocana. It shows that it abides constantly like all of space. The body, speech, and mind Vajra Blessed One Great Vairocana, the nature of Bodhi Vajrasattva, is even more supreme than the Bodhisattva who abides on the ground of the base. Therefore, it is so great, pervading everything, shining and blazing in the ten directions with the power of a single instant, and truly showing all forms, so it is called the Great Vairocana. So, how long will such a Blessed One abide? It is said "Constant," meaning that it will abide until the constant mandala exists. Why is that? Because of the freedom of great compassion, it abides for the benefit of sentient beings. So, how should we speak of the past, future, and present? It is said "Abiding in the equality of the three times," the past, future, and present three times are the three times. Those who fully show Nirvana, etc., with the emanation body, therefore abide in the equality of the three times, meaning that they abide in the conventional. Enjoyment complete
