After writing well, smear the ends with perfume and scatter flower petals. Place the filled vases and recite the offering prayers clearly. Make the fingers of the two vajra fists into two iron hooks, cross the two forearms into two vajra knots, and strike the vajra bell. This is the union of glorious Vajrasattva and will gather all the Buddhas. Then quickly make the great mudra, which serves as the basis for Vajrasattva. The one hundred and eight names are sacred, recite them once. "Glorious Supreme First Mind," and so on. Vajradhara is in front, well-seated in the bodhisattva posture. Great Bliss, Excellent Vajra, Supreme Lord, invite the owner once correctly. With the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) itself and the first vajra placed together. With the central vajra, the two iron hooks and the union of summoning, summon with the mantra and your own iron hook. Then offer the vajra offerings, with the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) itself and the offering mudra of the vajra flower with open palms, bind the mudra of Vajrasattva on the moon in the heart of the Bhagavan and his retinue, and recite ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ. After Hum, place the Bhagavan and his retinue well and recite it, and look with the vajra gaze. With the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), generate the excellent vajra on the tongue, and arrange the letter (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) on the mandala of the moon in the heart of the Bhagavan and his retinue.

The arising is from the Vajra-mind. Embracing oneself with those two vajra fists is Kili Kili. Making the gesture of raising a victory banner with those two vajra fists is Vajra-desire. Those two vajra fists, opened and placed, like the two action mudras of the Bhagavan, are Vajra-pride. The two vajra palms embracing, like smearing on the heart, are Vajra-winter. Making a knot, placing it on the crown of the head, and then lowering it, making a scattering gesture, is Vajra-honey. Making a gesture of pouring downwards at that place is Vajra-cloud. From that place, placing the thumbs together and rotating is Vajra-autumn. Stretching and smearing at that place is Vajra-winter. The mudra of pressing the earth, such as that of Akshobhya, should be consulted in the later tantras. The vajra arrow is the action mudra of Vajrasattva himself. The mudras of the seven bodhisattvas, such as noble Manjushri, should be known from their own mandalas. At the outer boundaries, the vajra palms rotating at the heart are the mudra of the doorkeeper. Rotating that from the left and placing it on the crown of the head is the mudra of the laughing mother. At that place, bending the finger of the left hand to make a handle, and bending the finger of the right hand to make the gesture of playing a lute, is the mudra of the vajra songstress. Making a dance with the two vajra fists, and binding the vajra palms on the crown of the head, is the mudra of the vajra dancer. The vajra knot looking at the palm of pride is Vajra-form. Making the left finger of the vajra knot a handle, and bending the right finger to strike, is Sound. Stretching the vajra knot and smearing it on the heart is Smell. The vajra knot itself, binding and opening, making the shape of a vessel for blood, is the mudra of Blood Vajra. After that, the Bhagavan and his retinue should be empowered with the Buddha's jewel empowerment. The tathagatas, such as Akshobhya, should be empowered with the vajra jewel empowerment. After that, again with full vases and as many flowers and so forth
