I u le le li hum phat! Saying this, hold the karma mudra of the lotus-determined empowerment as spoken. Whenever this mantra is recited, for a month or six months, and finally meditated on at night, then at that time the lotus will be accomplished. Then, at the time of action, perform the yoga of the deity as before, and with the blessing of truth, recite the lotus three times and circumambulate it. All actions, such as placing it in a vessel, will be accomplished just by thinking about them. Then, the so-called teaching of the secret wisdom of the mudra is to be done with the characteristics of secret vows, dharma, and karma, etc. All that is needed by attachment is this secret. The wisdom determined there by that very mudra is the teaching. Explaining this is with attachment, etc. Having attachment with the attachment of dharma-lessness is the secret vow, accomplishing and generating all mudras such as dharma and karma. Why? Because it will not be transgressed, it is proclaimed as the mudra vow. Even a mudra that is difficult to accomplish, a yogi can quickly accomplish. This means that this yoga, which requires meditating on extreme attachment, is difficult to accomplish. Even a practitioner of untamed, non-lineage can quickly accomplish the great mudra, vows, dharma, and karma mudras in an instant with the power of meditating on the yoga of extreme attachment. So here, the vow of all mudras is this: Whichever great beings have bound which mudra, for the sake of the meaning of the recited essence, one should meditate on self-nature there. So the secret is this: After destroying one's own faculties, holding the vajra knot, whatever mudra one desires with this, one will immediately become empowered. So the dharma of all mudras is this: Combining the subtle form of the vajra, bind the wisdom mudra. By means of this ritual form, one will become empowered with the wisdom mudra.
