From the letter called "Ya Hum Ratra Lahriwa A," place lotus incense, flowers, butter lamps, and perfume on the two knees and two legs. From the letter called "Tsa Tsha Dza Dza Nya," place five activities on the right hand. From the letter called "Ta Tha Da Dha Na," place ten activity mothers on the left hand. From the letter called "Tram Tri Ya Ra La Va Sha," place seven activity mothers on the right leg. From the letter called "Sha Sha Sa Ha Lam," place three brothers and four sisters on the left leg. First, arrange the letters in order, then visualize them as the shape of a mudra. Then, recite the letters in the order as they are. In order to perfect all accomplishments, because of the great joy in expanding in various lineages, perform the ritual of placing the letters. Then, Vajra Dharma Mother blesses the disciple's heart, and blesses the space between the eyebrows, the throat, and the crown of the head with only vajras and lotuses, and with three different lotuses, in their respective places. Offer with incense and so on. Place the great mudra of taming beings on the seat, and offer with incense and so on as a prelude, and with the musical instrument mudras that surround the coquettishness and so on described in the mandala of forms that transcends the three realms. From the hundreds of musical instruments spoken of in Glorious First, bless and offer conch shells, large drums, earthenware pots, long drums, net drums, round drums, lutes, and various different flutes, and make authentic offerings with the characteristics of various musical instruments such as coquettishness, and recite auspicious verses. Then, starting from the full vase empowerment of Hayagriva, empower with the full vase up to Vairochana, and the full vase of taming beings. Then, after empowering with the vase, take water from the victorious vase with a lotus fist, empower, and also let them drink. Starting from "Om Haya Griva Maha Padma Ankusha Akarshaya Shighram Sarva Padma Kula Padma Samaya Padma Ankusha Dhara Hum Dza Om Vajra Abhishtsi," similarly, "Om Hum Hrih Hoh Vajra Abhishtsi."

This method of practice should be used for empowerment. Then, bless the white clothes and all the distinctions of ornaments that have been fully recited by Vajra Ratna and the Yaksha of the Lotus, and offer them properly with incense and seductive women, etc. As previously explained, bind the Dharma Vajra. Bestow empowerment with the empowerment of Amitabha. Again, empower with the empowerment of the banner of the precious crown together with the lotus garland possessed by the Tathagata Amitabha. Oṃ Dharma Samaya Vajra Padme Ni Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་དྷརྨྨཱ་ས་མ་ཡ་བཛྲ་པདྨེ་ནི་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城體：ॐ धर्म समय वज्र पद्मे नि हुं，梵文羅馬轉寫：oṃ dharma samaya vajra padme ni hūṃ，字面意思：Om, Dharma, Samaya, Vajra, Padma, Ni, Hum), Vajra Ratna (藏文：བཛྲ་རཏྣ་，梵文天城體：वज्र रत्न，梵文羅馬轉寫：vajra ratna，字面意思：Vajra, Jewel). Recite this 108 times and bestow empowerment. Then, take the Vajra Lotus and the Lotus Bell and bestow the symbolic empowerment and the empowerment of the Lord. The Vajra empowerment of all the Buddhas, I bestow upon you today. Give this and so on as before. Then, recite Oṃ Padma Māle Abhiṣiñca Lokeśvara Te Svara Hrīḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་པདྨ་མཱ་ལེ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཏེ་སྭ་ར་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ॐ पद्म माले अभिषिञ्च लोकेश्वर ते स्वर ह्रीः，梵文羅馬轉寫：oṃ padma māle abhiṣiñca lokeśvara te svara hrīḥ，字面意思：Om, Padma, Garland, Anoint, Lokeshvara, Your, Sound, Hrih) one thousand and eight times, and bind that lotus garland on the crown of the head. Then, bestow the empowerment of the name. Make offerings properly with the five offerings and the seductive lotus fire, etc. Take a precious eye ointment or a gold or other eye stick that has been blessed properly with the letter Pra, and sit in front of the disciple. Perform the ritual of opening the eyes and say these words: Just as the king of eye doctors removes the cataracts of the world, may the Buddhas remove the cataracts of unknowing from you, my son. Oṃ Vajra Naitra Apa Hara Patra Laṃ Hri (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཏྲ་ཨ་པ་ཧ་ར་པ་ཏྲ་ལཾ་ཧྲི་，梵文天城體：ॐ वज्र नैत्र अप हर पत्र लं ह्रि，梵文羅馬轉寫：oṃ vajra naitra apa hara patra laṃ hri，字面意思：Om, Vajra, Eye, Remove, Leaf, Lam, Hri). Then, recite A Vajra Sattva over the mirror and show the characteristics of the nature of reality. All phenomena are like reflections, pure and clear and without impurity, ungraspable and inexpressible, arising from causes and actions, without self-nature and without abiding. Having understood this Dharma in this way, work for the benefit of sentient beings unequaled, and be born into the Buddha lineage. Create an arrow from the letter Ho, and give it together with a bow, and say these words: With this, make all the Tathagatas rejoice. Have the letter Ho shoot arrows in the four directions and above and below. A Vajra Sattva on the mirror.
