For those who are suitable for the Tathagata empowerment, establish them with the great mudra of Vairochana, and generate the pride of being Vajrasattva yourself. "Great Bodhisattva of the Vajra Realm," etc., after praising with one hundred and eight names, "Lord, we pray to you, For the benefit of all sentient beings, Having generated great compassion, Please turn the wheel of Dharma." For those who explain the mantra vehicle, grant અનુજ્ઞા (anujñā, permission). Then, When he has received the અનુજ્ઞા (anujñā, permission), summon all the Tathagatas and say this: "Please, Bhagavan, may all the Tathagatas gather and come." Now, after the Acharya manifests the pride of all the Tathagatas, "From all the worlds, For the benefit of all sentient beings, How to subdue various, Extremely well turn the wheel of Dharma." Receive what is given. Again, the Acharya makes the Vajrasattva mudra and gives permission to draw the mandala. "From all the worlds, For the benefit of all sentient beings, How to subdue various, Extremely well turn the Vajra Wheel." Say this. For those who are suitable for the Vajrasattva empowerment, after praising with the one hundred and eight names of Vajrasattva, in order to draw the mandala, in order to turn the wheel of Dharma, give અનુમોଦନା (anumodana, rejoice) with the two verses just spoken.

应当给予许可。如是绘制金刚部的坛城，所有受灌顶的弟子都给予灌顶，以金刚吽（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：वज्र हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra hūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚 吽）印的大手印安立，以超胜三界的一百零八名号赞颂，生起彼之我慢，给予先前所说的偈颂的先前所说的随许。于一切世间中，为了利益一切有情，如何调伏种种，猛烈旋转忿怒轮。以此给予绘制金刚部坛城的随许。绘制莲花部的坛城，以调伏有情之我慢而安住，所有受灌顶的弟子都给予灌顶，以调伏有情的大手印安立，以调伏有情的一百零八名号赞颂，彼 之法轮旋转的随许应当给予。于一切世间中，为了利益一切有情，如何调伏种种，猛烈旋转莲花轮。以此给予绘制莲花部坛城的随许。如是绘制宝生部的坛城，如前一般，所有灌顶者都给弟子灌顶，现前一切义成就之瑜伽，以一切义成就的大手印安立弟子，以彼一百零八名号赞颂，彼之法轮旋转的随许应当给予。于一切世间中，为了利益一切有情，如何调伏种种，猛烈旋转宝轮。以此给予绘制一切宝生部坛城的随许。此后，对于名为大菩萨金刚手等，此后之语，即是紧接着，如是对弟子才说完，紧接着以随许灌顶，如坛城一般迎请之后，念诵迎请大菩萨金刚手化身的偈颂，此等应如是宣说。人中……
