Binding the hand seal of the Dancer Mother, one should say as follows: May all sentient beings be endowed with diligence in the conduct of Bodhisattvas, completely inclined towards becoming Buddhas, and endowed with diligence in completely abandoning samsara. Om Sarva Tathagata Samsara Avarityamga Anuttara Maha Virya Paramita Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Binding the hand seal of the Flower Mother, one should say as follows: May all sentient beings be separated from afflictions and near afflictions. May they be perfect in meditation and liberation, samadhi and samapatti, supernormal knowledges, and all wisdoms, having mastery over them. Om Sarva Tathagata Anuttara Saukhya Vihara Dhana Paramita Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum! Binding the hand seal of the Incense Mother, one should say as follows: May all sentient beings be fully endowed with worldly and transworldly wisdom and prajna. Having obtained the fourfold perfect knowledge, knowing all crafts and treatises, being skilled in arts, knowing secret rituals, seeing Suchness, may they obtain the wisdom that completely cuts off all afflictions and cognitive obscurations.
